I think it would be great to live in a town that loves costume parties and Halloween this much! Margo is such a quirky character – whether she is working in her family’s costume shop or just running errands, she’s always in costume. When a business man interested in developing the small town into something more modern and profitable threatens to run Margo’s shop out of business, she is understandably angry. When she finds his dead body at a Halloween party she wasn’t invited to, she becomes the prime suspect. Rather than trust the police to find the real killer, Margo decides to investigate on her own. This was a unique story, and a perfect read for this time of year.

Sloooowly good.
As a Game of Thrones fan, obviously I had to see this as it's Richard Madden. The series starts off so tense I couldn't look away, then when that particular event ends, it can get quite long winded until the next good bit. Even though the plot is good, it feels it's stretched at times, like the scenes could be taken out and make no difference.
The twists towards the end, I was on the edge of my seat. I was getting so angry, annoyed, frustrated and nearly screaming at the TV. In my opinion only good writing can get me so animated so that's a big tick.
As you can see, I've tried my hardest not to include spoilers, if you're looking for something on Netflix on a chilled evening, give this a go, see how you like it.

Dead to rights retribution is a reboot of the dead to rights franchise, and it follows Jack Slate, an over muscled, angry, dark brooding cop ( basically RE5's Chris Redfield) & his canine partner Shadow.

Story see's Jack hunting down a newly formed government anti crime force called the GCU, who in return, flip Jack's entire life upside down with shock twists and betrayals.
Luckily jack isn't alone as partner Shadow is their to help take down enemies on command & can retrieve weapons for you too (which really helps).

The games dark tone and pace work well together, Shadow is a playable character, having his own occasional mini mission using both stealth and speed, slow motion upon head shot kills & fast paced shooting action with some fun dialogue thrown in make this a pretty enjoyable Game.

Couldn't watch that film about angry feminists sabotaging Miss World as the cinemas are all shut, so I settled for this as it has basically the same plot. Moneygrubbing lecher Sid organises a beauty contest in the seaside town of Fircombe (dearie, dearie me); various hijinks ensue.

I know it's not very acceptable to like the Carry On films nowadays, but some of them are still consistently and irresistibly funny. Not this one, however. Most of the A-team hasn't turned up (no Kenneth Williams, no Charles Hawtrey, no Hattie Jacques, no Jim Dale) and most of the actors who are present are unable to lift the duff script they've been given. A heroic performance from Sid James does draw some laughs, but these films shouldn't be a one-man show. The consistent chauvinism and clumsy salaciousness becomes genuinely wearing as well. Grisly stuff, and quite hard going.

A fantastic look into the life of one of the most remarkable people ever on this earth.
Fantastic.
Yes the movie can feel long when you are not in the right mood to watch it but seriously, get yourself into the mood to watch it (nice, calm afternoon cosy up the blanket with a cup of tea and some biscuits). It will make you laugh, cry, be angry, sad, elated, humbled, inspired and be in awe with the remarkable man that was Stephen Hawking (may he rest peacefully.)
It not only shows his amazing resilience but it also shows the effect on his family, particularly Jane Hawking. She seemed to be such an amazing, strong influential woman that definitely helped more than she knows in Professor Hawking's like and accomplishments.
Please watch this movie atleast once, it just goes to show that anything is possible.
