Powerful Drama based on real events
A dark drama based on true events of police brutality in Detroit in the late 60's. The cast is very good. The story is fascinating, even more so based on true events. For that reason disturbing and shocking. It's a little long but well worth your time for a story that will stay with you long after the credits.

I really quite enjoyed this film. We went to see it on a whim. The fact it’s based on a true story helps you relate, feel the emotion. Some of the comedy is a little cheesy but it’s easy to look past. There are some sad moments too. If you have the opportunity watch this then it’s worth it.
