Oh my. Brandon you have done it again!

Firefight was completely unexpected. All of it!

Fabulously written with perfect humorous parts that meshed with the all encompassing seriousness that denotes a battle for survival.

Alita: Battle Angel (2019) slices, dices and occasionally surprises.
Knowing nothing of the original Manga on which it’s based (the closest I can claim is that I quite enjoy the 2009 animated movie “Astro Boy”, which shares a surprising amount of story with this movie), “Alita: Battle Angel” still held a strong appeal thanks to the names behind and in front of the camera. About 20+ characters I couldn't keep track of
Not my kinda thing
I read due to the hype, probably shouldn't have.
Don't get me wrong I loved the writing style and songs throughout and if course bilbo.
But sooo many characters, then there's this battle but you just get a quick briefing of it. Didn't care for any other characters either. Though I felt sorry for the ponies.

I have enjoyed this series. The first two books I mainly focused on the relationship between the five of them but the last two books I was more focused on the coming battle for our heroine. And that battle happened in this...and apart from that last bit and the two epilogues, I loved this. But I'd have preferred a slightly more happier ending with the original Paca in those epilogues because that Paca wasn't as kick arse as the first
