I like BC as much as the next girl, so I can't rate this super low. BUT, it was a fairly standard super hero origin movie. Marvel has gotten grossly predictable, but they still make money. The visuals were absolutely beautiful, and the supporting cast was great.

This is a movie that you have to watch multiple times to understand. A very bloody and violent allegory that is both beautiful and intense. The director of this film shines in his creative choices.

This movie was better than expected. Not fast paced or high budget but had plenty of turns and just enough action. Some beautiful imagery in the three cinematography and the acting and story were well done. Some understated dark humor throughout. Definitely worth a watch.

Annihilation - just saw the film starring Natalie Portman. It’s a great cinematic experience once they entered the environmental disaster zone. Few others in their respectful field follows to inspect the strange world. Both beautiful and sometimes horrifying ; a wonderful coming of age film with a twist.
