have heard great things about Mr Patterson.

"Brilliant Writer"

"You've not lived till you've read his work"

"He is an absolute genius, how he comes up with these stories is beyond me"

and so on and so forth.

So naturally, I was curious, but not impressed.

Dire

There is no good reason to watch this film. Jennifer Aniston’s character had a couple of one liners that brought a smile to my face but that doesn’t make it worth watching! Why anyone thought this film was a good idea to make is beyond me. Just dire from start to finish.

Book Rating

Volume 1 of Parasyte lays groundwork for the story to come. This manga series is categorized as horror, but it's readable. I think the next volumes will dive into more of an actual plot, but the first volume was fine. It just took awhile to get to anything beyond the very basics.
