I didn't overly enjoy this book. It took until the last quarter of the book to get interesting. I thought it would have more of a resolved ending to it, but unfortunately, it didn't. The readers are forced to then see the movie to get a true resolution. I wish this book would have at least given who the wolf was. We are left with too many options!

I enjoyed the movie, but as with a lot of books turned into movies, I thought it could've been better. To me, the movie felt a bit rushed and some parts of the book that were omitted shouldn't have been. Over all, I liked it.

I should have stopped reading this series when I finished the 2nd book.

This one was similar to the movie "The Happening". They were both too preachy. I read books and watch movies to be entertained, not preached to.

Absolutely loved this book was different from the very beginning, unlike the first book where part of it is similar to the movie in the first few chapters and then is different reading for the rest this book wasnt was different on every page, couldnt not put it down

Imagine knowing nothing of the outside world. From birth, all you know and have ever seen is all in one room. This book is powerful. I feel it gets most of its strength from the fact that everything is written from Jack's perspective. He is 5. If he doesn't know what something is, you don't either. Outside is completely alien to Jack. A little real life horror here.

A note about the movie: the only good parts in that movie happened in the first half hour. That movie DID NOT do justice to this book!

Very GTA plot to this movie. Great action but not much more to it than that. Acting was cheese, plot was just put there to have a gun fight. Main character was like he was out of a comic book.

I loved this book!! Very action packed & not as predictable as I thought it might be. I can't wait to read the second one & see the movie too of course. :)
