this is the first book by chelle bliss that I've read but the second book by brenda rothert I've read. i really enjoyed this book and fell in love with it from the first page. the chemistry between the characters set the pages alight. this book has everything you want in a romance book, fantastic story line, fab characters, plenty of hot steamy scenes and a bit of banter between the characters. these two author have come together and bought you a book which you'll want to keep reading long into the night and leave you wanting more and more. i personally cant wait for more by these two authors in the future.

Reading about the typical Bible stories, with all these little twists and turns, was very interesting. Just when I thought I knew what story would be told next, there was another addition that, even though it didn't fit in with the original telling, somehow completely made sense. Throughout the whole book, I started becoming excited to see what else Brenda would conjure up. It definitely made everything more fun!

"Brenda Chamberlain’s A Rope of Vines. I used to follow her ghost around. She was a writer and painter from Bangor in Wales. I’ve lived in some of her former homes and grew up in the village where she ran a radical printing press in the 1930s. This book is about her time living in Greece and has a particularly disturbing opening paragraph that sets the troubled tone for the rest of her book, and her life for that matter."

This is the book I always wanted to write but lack the talent. I am glad [Brenda Z. Guiberson] wrote it so I can share it with my students. I have a fascination with disasters and have since I was young. Unfortunately most of the books about them is not written for a middle school reader. I have had some of the books [Guiberson] used to research on my class shelves for years with few takers. This is just the type of book needed to get them reading non fiction and enjoy it.

15 reads a better month than February but I had a lot of DNFS

My favourite book of the month has
FrostBlood by Elly Blake Well written and intriguing a new YA that can help me get over my TOG series!
Also King of Khoth by Brenda Trim was pretty good too!

My least favourite I didn’t really have one as they all were good!

My DNFS were high this month I just couldn’t get one with so many and I’m a great believer in not reading something just for the sake of it.

Beautiful, honest, heart breaking. If you want to understand someone who grew up living with a mentally unstable drug addict parent or two this is the book you should read. This book shows all the ugly underbelly of living life like that and anyone who hasn't had to live like that should thank their lucky stars. I know many people despise and feel very much like Brenda does about Wavy's relationship with Kellen. Wavy was more mature then her mother and father so to say that she wasn't old enough to make that decision is taking Wavy's power away from her. She was smart, willful and she knew exactly what she was doing. Anyone who truly understands this story will understand their relationship. This will be one of my all time favorite books.
