Charlotte (184 KP) rated Timeless (Less Than Zero #4) in Books

Oh.....my......goodness!
A fully rounded story that literally leads you from the very beginning. It's beautiful and heartbreaking. I laughed and cried, became frustrated with both Zane and Fiona and fell in love along the way.
I always say I like the character development and Timeless is no different, it's a brilliant journey that not only shows the growth of these two fab people but highlights how their core personalities stay the same.
Definitely an adult read with a fair bit of detailed naughtiness, done in a way that shows a deep and meaningful connection between two people who clearly belong together, even though life throws so many spanners in the works.

Blazing Minds (92 KP) rated Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020) in Movies
Oct 29, 2021 (Updated Nov 3, 2021)
I remember seeing Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure back in the cinemas in 1989, it was a most excellent movie packed with time-travelling laughs and some brilliant music, now years after their Bogus Journey they are back to Face The Music and this time they bring their family with them.
The film does seem to start of fairly slow before it finds its footing to bring us not only what feels like how the original movies felt, but also gives us that nostalgic feel of those days of crazy films that were purely for the entertainment value to make us laugh and Bill & Ted Face the Music certainly had me laughing and laughing a lot.

It’s a movie from the 80s that is loved by many and has gained such a huge following since its release back in 1986, now in Life After The Navigator from renowned writer/director Lisa Downs we are taken beyond the Flight of the Navigator and find out more about the rollercoaster life that its star Joey Cramer took after the films immense popularity.
The new documentary is the second in the series of “Life After” documentaries with the first being the brilliant Life After Flash which brought us the journey that star of Flash Gordon, Sam J. Jones, went on after his success in a movie that has become a cult classic.

John lithgow
Jete Laurence
Watched last night as I’ve read the Stephen king novel and watched the original film so going into the remake will it be any good it’s okay not as good as the original there are some changes in this version from the original the main being the daughter being brought from the dead and not the son.and there’s John lithgow who usually plays crazy characters actually plays a normal character which is a change for him but for me definitely star in the has to be jete Laurence who plays the daughter and plays both versions of her character brilliant overall okay film still prefer the original

Wonder Woman.
Deadpool.
Black Adam.
All in the same movie; a wannabe twisty-turny crime thriller in which a framed FBI agent (played by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson) has to team up with his former notorious art thief target (Ryan Reynolds) to clear his name and to catch the new '#1 art thief in the world' thief aka The Bishop (Gal Gadot).
I found this to be reminiscent of the Nic Cage starring 'National Treasure' series, with the main characters all globe-trotting around the world in pursuit of the McGuffin, and with the interplay between Johnson and Reynolds raising a few laughs/raised eyebrows along the way.
In short: good, but not brilliant.
