Suddenly Seymore!!
I was introduced to this movie at a fairly young age and it's been a staple in my home since my first time. I absolutely love this movie and can't recommend it to enough people. This is one where if you tell me you don't like it, I can no longer trust your judgment in movies.
I can't say enough good things about this movie.

well what can I say, wow. this is such a fantastic story. I absolutely loved the characters and the story was fantastic, I just couldn't put it down till the last page then I was left wanting more. this book had a fab mix of humour, steamy scenes and romance. this book had me laughing to myself in many parts. this book is a defiant must read.

A Vampire, A Hare and A Human Sacrifice
The horror genre has never been one that I read a lot of. I'm more of a fantasy, murder mystery kinda gal. Horror gives me the creeps (as it should) so I tend to avoid it as much as I can.
Now in the hopes of becoming a more well-rounded reader, I decided to take a dive into the deep end and pick up these unsettling read.
Midwinterblood tells the story of the souls of Eric and Merle. Yes, I did say souls. This book is about reincarnation, the past and future lives and how our souls stay intertwined with the ones we love. Midwinterblood is split into 8 chapters each represented by a different moon and a different time period, I wouldn't say it's a pure love story, although that is what I initially thought after the first chapter, as each story is so different I wouldn't say it's got a specific theme throughout.

Andy K (10821 KP) rated The Thing (1982) in Movies

Not that many films better than this!
I don't know if I can recall the amount of times I have watched The Thing in sheer amazement every time.
The suspense is still there not knowing which member of the Antarctica squad will become a mutation next or even when The Thing will reveal itself to them and the audience.
Some may say Halloween is Carpenter's best film which is hard to argue against; however, I love The Thing most of all.
I can still watch it again and again and be mesmerized, disgusted and in wonderment of its sheer majesty every time.

All I can say about this book is what a cliffhanger!!! I am glad I have the 3rd book sitting here so I can find out what happens to Katniss.
I am officially hooked on this series. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I enjoyed this book more than the first. That might be attributed to the fact that it picks up where the first left off so there wasn't anything to really figure out this time around.
The characters are all unique & fascinating in their own ways. At the same time you can't help but to find a little of yourself in each & every one of them.
I look forward to finding out how this trilogy ends...

I bought this book after a recommendation from one of my favorite authors but was skeptical when I saw a bunch of negative reviews on Amazon, especially criticizing the lead female character. WHY bad reviews, I have NO clue. I LOVED this book more than I can say! While I was not ok with the cheating aspect, the story was amazing. I loved the characters, fell in love with Kellan and found myself rooting for him and Kiera, just wishing Denny would leave.. People complained about Kiera's thought process and her highly sensitive ways and thoughts.. but I can only love her more for it, as she reminds me very much of myself. Another one day read for me and Im headed back in for Effortless :)

Nothing but love for PVRIS and this album
I almost have no words for this review... I adore everything about Lynn (the lead singer) and PVRIS. I have been listening to them for quite some time now, and this particular album will always hold still in my heart. St. Patrick makes me scream, You and I makes me cry, and I can easily sing along and dance to all the other songs. I had the pleasure of seeing most of these songs live in Philadelphia this past October and I can honestly say that I cried. It was such a surreal experience, and the music sounds exactly the same live (if not better) than recorded on the album. I adore everything about it.
Veronica Pena (690 KP) rated Extraction (2020) in Movies

I thought this was an okay film. I can say that it's almost 100% likely that I'll watch anything with Chris Hemsworth in it and he's great. I will say that I wish I held onto him a little more. I feel like if they would've rolled out his story sooner or built the connection with Ovi more, I would've really felt a connection to him. I just felt like it came a little too late.
I've said it before, but I love it when films have a short timeline because I feel like it allows for a richer story with more details and not as much to contend with in making sure the details align and it all makes sense. I think that if this film would've had a longer plot time, it would've messed up the rhythm.
I liked that they left an ending that could provide for a sequel but didn't need it. If it does end up standing alone, it's a film that can do that. But it could also benefit from a sequel. It doesn't feel like this entire first film was a set up for a second film. This movie has enough to stand on its own and still be a good watch.
I am glad I watched it and I will probably watch the sequel if they do release one, but I can't say I'll ever come back to it or that I highly recommend. Watch it for Hemsworth or don't watch it at all.

We are venom
What can I say about venom.
When venom was first announced people was saying he is not a strong enough character to hold his own he needs spiderman but he has proven in the comics that he can hold his own with some memorable storyline.
Tom Hardy very good choice for casting plays him well.
Action and funny what's not to like
