Pleasantly Surprised
Wasn't sure what I was getting into before watching. Had a couple friends recommend it so figured why not try it. I was very presently surprised in this movie. While there was some cheesy acting and not the best cgi overall I really enjoyed the story and the characters. Hoping to see a full conclusion in another movie.

Full disclosure: I'm a Tye Sheridan fan, and that may have swayed my thoughts on the movie. I enjoyed it. There are a couple times where the timeline shifts without warning which causes a moment of slight confusion each time, but by the end of the movie you realize why it was fine and it actually fits. Relatively predictable, but fun.

Watched today on Amazon prime it wasn't bad movie I've seen worser movies based on old TV shows and I've actually seen the original TV show few times during the eighties and this movie is a lot darker bit like saw in places. The acting was okay could have done with some more gore anyway good couple of hours viewing

Sci-fi horror film that can best be described by 3 words: 'Evil teenage Superman'.

Another 3?

Not that great.

Exact same setup and setting as the Superman story, in that a childless Kansas couple adopt a baby who falls to earth inside a spaceship. Said baby then grows up and develops super powers: flight, laser eyes, invulnerability etc etc...
