One of the best written films I have ever watched. The dialogue romps along, as does the action and the violence. As a rule I don't like violent films but Tarantino's violence is OTT rather than psychological so it becomes almost comical. This film is a cult classic and deserves this kudos.

Ari Aster is one of my new fave filmmakers. Midsommar is like the original Wicker Man on steroids - and mushrooms. This film has stayed with me longer than I expected, it's everything right about 'cult' horror films.

Much better than most of the Friday the 13th films
Slasher fan heaven
A pretty cool hack'n'slash film. Almost tongue in cheek at times, it could almost be a spoof of both series of films. The effects are cool and there is plenty of blood for gore fans. Nice to see a recent film starring these two cult film characters giving the fans what they like.
