You are looking for a lovable animal book for your child or children. Cindi's Chocolate Valentine does a beautiful job of showing your child that changing your mind about liking a holiday or not. It does it through a dog getting dressed up and learning what Valentine's day is.
Though Cindi is unsure what Valentine's day is or what is going on. She has paraded around with her buddy, Pitty Pat, and is outfitted together. She does not seem to like it one bit. But will Cindi change her mind?
The pictures are done well. You can find a way to enjoy a holiday or find out what you're unsure about and decide to change your mind. Maybe meeting someone new is hard, and that someone does something to help transform your mind about it. The pictures are colorful. Ever feel like something you did but did not like at first. Maybe something made you change your mind. That's okay to change your mind.

Isaac and the Egg should come with a warning (I need to make it absolutely clear here that I loved this book!).
Isaac Addy really isn’t coping with the death of his wife. You’ll stand with him on the bridge as he contemplates throwing himself off as he can’t go on without her, and then he hears a strange noise coming from the woodland below and goes to investigate.
I adored this beautiful, heartfelt, crazy book. I also can’t see how I can tell you ANYTHING at all about it without dropping huge spoilers and making it sound ridiculous. And this is most certainly NOT a ridiculous book. I swung between utter heartbreak (not good on a dog walk) and laughing (also not great, but people always smile back!)
It’s just a perfect book.
I listened to the audiobook narrated by Johnny Flynn, who was such a good choice. I’ve heard of him before, and have listened to his music for years (I’ve never seen him act though, and I’m thinking I should!). He has such a gentle voice, absolutely suited to a novel with the themes of love and loss.
So read it, listen to it - but just do one or the other. You won’t regret it. Just keep the tissues handy.

The Last Of Us
The Last Of Us follows the story of an impending pandemic that results in the development of 'Walkers, Runners, Clickers and Bloaters.' The Virus, referred to as an attack on Corcyeps, will attack the brain and is a progressive disease resulting in more developed strains such as Clickers and Bloaters dependent on the period of time an individual had been contaminated.
Admittedly, I have played The Last Of Us to completion multiple times. It is a developmental game that you must play through multiple times to truly appreciate, and truly understand the circumstances that have caused individual characters to present themselves as they do.
Fortunately, we were given a DLC called 'Left Behind' that follows the story of Ellie. It was just as exceptionally produced as the original, and Naughty Dog made evident that they are willing to invest themselves within this franchise.
Multiplayer is also available, but I am unsure regarding current server provisions. If Online Multiplayer is no longer supported, I am able to confidently assure you that it was the most immersive Online Multiplayer Game that I have encountered.

Story: 5 Flights Up starts by introducing our elderly couple Alex (Freeman) and Ruth (Keaton) that have spent their whole life living in Brooklyn but it is finally time for them to move out. Ruth’s niece Lilly (Nixon) is the one trying to sell the house and doing everything she can to make sure they get as much as they can for it. Alex has witnessed how the area has changed over the years and along with his dog Dorothy really is struggling to make it up the 5 flights.
The couple have to deal with the idea that Dorothy needs major surgery to fix a ruptured disc in her back, this means that Alex has to go along with selling the apartment to help fund the operation. The attempts to sell the apartment get put in jeopardy when a terrorist attack happens on the Williamsburg Bridge where a tanker gets abandoned on the bridge and the suspect flees.
The first interested parties turn up before the open house where Alex & Ruth get to meet a collection on colourful characters that all have different opinions on the apartment. Alex & Ruth decide to try and find their own replacement apartment as they continue to battle the idea of trying to pick who to sell the apartment too.couple
5 Flights Up tells such a simple story of a couple trying to move apartments, while dealing with their sick dog. This is putting everything down to the simplest way, the flashbacks show how in love the couple have been through the years but for the most part the film takes place over a couple of days. I will say not everyone will find this appealing and I do think the light hearted comedy makes the film a lot more enjoyable. The performances are all important and the character our couple meet add to the story. This will go under many people’s radar but it is well worth a watch. (7/10)
Actor Review
Morgan Freeman: Alex is our elderly man reluctantly selling his apartment with his wife. We watch how the relationship has blossomed over the years and the love for their dog helped keep them happy. Morgan gives us a charming performance that shows he age without taking away any of his acting credentials. (7/10)
Diane Keaton: Ruth is Alex’s wife who is willing to sell their apartment and falls for another apartment, she tries to convince Alex into buy the new apartment as they both continue to want to buy the new apartment alone. Diane does give a good performance showing she still has what it takes to lead a film. (7/10)
Support Cast: 5 Flights Up has a supporting cast that each have their own colourful take on the situation as we see Alex & Ruth react to them all.
Director Review: Richard Loncraine – Richard gives us a charming drama that keeps our attention from start to finish. (7/10)
Drama: 5 Flights Up puts us into a very real situation off an elderly couple considering moving but as the story unfolds we see how difficult it is to make that decision. (8/10)
Settings: 5 Flights Up keeps the settings easy to identify and gives them all a very homely feel to our couple. (9/10)
Suggestion: 5 Flights Up is one to try I do believe it will be enjoyed but there is part of me that thinks some people will not enjoy this one too much. (Try It)
Best Part: Open house.
Worst Part: The characters the couple meet are slightly generic.
Believability: The moving idea is a very real idea that people will find themselves in and the indecision about it too. (8/10)

Verdict: Beautiful Portray of Love & War
Story: Wings starts as two young men Jack Powell (Rogers) and David Armstrong (Arlen) both sign up to become fighter pilots in the First World War, they are from different backgrounds, with Jack working with his hands, which has seen him get the attention of Mary Preston (Bow) and David being rich, with the pair both seeking the attention of Sylvia Lewis (Ralston).
What starts out in rivalry soon becomes friendship between the two men as through their training, they learn they need to be on the same side and want the same thing from their time in the service. They are followed by Mary who has taken up a job where she delivers medical supplies to troops, all while her love for Jack continues to grow.
Thoughts on Wings
Characters – Mary Preston has worked with Jack Powell for years, they work on cars and her love for Jack is clear, she doesn’t get the attention she desires of him though, with the men at war, she uses her driving skills to deliver medical supplies, hoping to find Jack too, which sees her needing to find a way to act more lady like for the era. Jack Powell is from the working class bracket of people, he has always been great with cars and mechanics, which sees him sign up for the air force during world war 1, he will do what he can get impress the rich Sylvia to whom he loves and after years of rivalry with David, they will become friends. David Armstrong has come from a rich family, he is set to be marrying Sylvia one day if the families have their say, he sees Jack as a rival, until they fight side by side in the skies. Sylvia is the woman that both men are fighting for the attention of, they both see her as the perfect woman and will go to lengths to impress her.
Performances – This being a silent movie, all the work from the actors in the film comes from face expressions and movements, which they are all fantastic with, Clara Bow shows the pain of being in love with somebody who doesn’t want you, while Charles Rogers and Richard Arlen show the rivalry men can have when it comes to women.
Story – The story here follows two men from different backgrounds, one rich one working class, that are both fighting for the same woman, who join the air force to impress, where they become friends and learn the horrors of war. This is a story that is one that shows that love can be something people will always do crazy things for, it shows how the war bought enemies together and for a movie made in 1927, showed us a strong female character willing to go into war, unlike many films for years to come. Being a silent movie, we do get the expression and action doing a lot of the storytelling around the dialogue which is interesting because it keeps away a lot of unnecessary dialogue certain war films turn too.
Romance/War – The romance in this film shows how people will do strange things for love, you might not always see it right under your nose either, with the war being the main location that our characters all go to impress, the dog fight scenes are brilliant to watch, with the use of music making a big impact on the quality too.
Settings – The film uses the settings you would expect to see the war fought at, while we see the ground shots, it is when we are in the sky watching the dog fights that we get to feel the peril the characters are going through.

That Moment That Annoyed Me – It does play into stereotypes of other nationalities.
Final Thoughts – This is a genius war movie that rightly deserved to win the first Oscar, it brings us a story that shows how much people would have risked for war and just how far they would go for love.
