Gripping story
A great crime drama with great performances all round. If you like @Donnie Brasco (1997) , @Heat (1995) , @GoodFellas (1990) you'll love this.

Lithium (759 KP) rated Lovecraft Country in TV

Love craft Country is a great mixture of sci - fi, horror and drama. Historical attitudes help to purvey the themes of sexuality, gender, class and race very well.

Ari Augustine (10 KP) rated Blue Flag, Vol. 1 in Books

So deliciously troptastic, with a side of HS drama and unrequited love. Although we do get a love triangle and a familiar plot, the illustrations are fantastic and the story, overall, was highly enjoyable.

gayga (2127 KP) rated The Three Theban Plays (Antigone, Oedipus the King, Oedipus at Colunus) in Books
Dec 11, 2017
I studied these in school and though they are hardly what you would consider light reading, because it was sort of picked apart by my drama teacher you had a kind of blow by blow of what was going on.
I remember Antigone with especial fondness as it was part of the drama curriculum. I think we did the first Oedipus too but I don't remember as much about that one

Amazing Riviera backdrop
Starts with a bang but ends oddly
A good drama with a great cast set against the Riviera backdrop of the super rich. It was very good with some twists and plenty of action. It's only 10 episodes long but it seemed to take a different direction in the last 2 episodes. If you like a lavish crime drama or the Riviera scenery this is for you.

Good Rom-Com-Drama
I've seen a few Amy Schumer films now, so have an idea what to expect, along with Judd Apatow who has done some funny comedies. This was OK, bit longer than many in the genre and with some more drama elements to it. It's funny a lot of the time and more raunchy than most. Amy is what makes it a better than average but still the predictable outcome by the end.
