In regards to her mom, I just want to say without giving too much away, I don't know what it feels to lose both your husband and your son in one sitting and still have to go on living to raise your daughter. I can only imagine how difficult it was for her to pick up the pieces of her life and keep going. And even though I think what she did was wrong, as Madeline said, love makes you do crazy things. And fear of losing those we love can sometimes drive us to madness.

Both of the actors do an amazing job of portraying the characters and there are many turning points in the movie to keep the viewer entertained. For example my heart broke for Anne after she give birth to Elizabeth and Hendry acted like she just committed the worst crime in the worst. I suppose in his eyes she did, his drive for a son was obvious from the beginning and it’s not like she didn’t promise him one before she became queen.
The movie is definitely worth watching :)

This was the first of his BookShots that I had bought and when I saw it on audible.co.uk and lasted just over 3 hours I thought it would be perfect for a drive I had ahead of me. However, I was disappointed. The story itself is fast paced and in well-known Patterson style but I found it to be a weaker plot with predictable conclusion. I found the narrator, Jean Brassard, difficult to follow at times as he spoke with (in my opinion) a poor French/American accent. I think I would have preferred to read it rather than listen in this case.
MoMo Book Diary gives the audiobook a 3* rating – as I did not enjoy the narrator and found the book to be lacking in James Patterson’s normal style. This review is also published on my blog momobookdiary.com and Amazon websites.

You could probably get by just using the material in the Keeper's Book, but if you want characters to have a wider and more varied repertoire, this book is well worth the asking price. Needless to say, there is also material here to inspire dozens of scenarios for any self-respectingly twisted and inventive Keeper, so it scores heavily in that department too.
