The first book I what I thought was an amazing trilogy. Set in a dystopian Britain where the elite ruled because of a skill they had not unlike magic. It follows the struggles of the country as ultimately the normal people wish to take their country back.

One of my favorite dystopian books of all time! However, if you are looking for a cheery read, you may want to avoid this read.

This was a dark but yet hopeful dystopian novel. It showed the evil of men but also how the good, through love, can shine through.

If there is one thing scarier than a dystopian novel about the future, it’s one written in the past that has already begun to come true.

"This is a Read Now book. Nothing dystopian about this one: a young (he’s 29), practical set of ideas for how the next generation can do better."
