As good as the original
I had reservations when going to watch this as Blumhouses output has been patchy so far; also I love the black and white Claude Raines version as well.
No worries needed. The story is gripping m, brilliantly told from another angle and all those lingering camera shots of nothing (!?!) are so well done. Finally Elizabeth Moss was outstanding.
Nuff said, go watch

Elizabeth Moss everything.

I loved this movie, great cast and great female empowerment. Go rise above and kick some mob boss ass girls. Don’t let no husband try to tell you what to do while his stank ass is in jail.

The hospital fight
Jump scares
Probably my favourite hottie movie of the year so far especially as I watched it in IMAX this afternoon this movie has it all plenty of jump scares the tension reved up Elizabeth moss acting in this movie as she was terrified by the unseen presence as no one would believe her that her dead husband was after her from the dead my favourite bit is the hospital scene where the guards are basically fighting an invisible enemy the effects in that scene wow good movie highly recommend it better movie than the mummy with tom cruise anyday

Carries the story on from season 1 even though it's four years later (2 more)
More fast-paced but too packed
Fantastic cast - Elizabeth Moss, Gwendoline Christie and Nicole Kidman
Better than season 1

A slow burner
A fantastic but disturbing story about a small town in New Zealand, following Robin Griffin as she returns home to visit her ill mother but is pulled onto a case when a 12-year-old girl is found (alive) in a lake. There are plenty of twists and turns throughout and there's an intensity that's slowly bubbling away.
At times it does get a bit slow and at the beginning it can be hard to get into, but the brilliant cast of actors - led by the absolutely fantastic Elizabeth Moss - keep it going and turn it into something brilliant. Some of the characters are disturbing but believable and it winds up to an eventful finale.

Better Than It Should Be
This is a remake of a remake or a remake and yet there's something new here and something that can be enjoyed by fans of the original(s), or newcomers alike. This Invisible Man is a personal story of abuse, gaslighting and escaping from that, making it a modern story. It's easy to pass this one up but I would recommend it.

Elizabeth Moss and Joseph Fiennes is fantastic
Masterful adaptation of Atwood's classic book
There was a lot riding on this TV show, more than 30 years after the original book came out. But it was unbelievably dark, even more so than the book, and completely adjusted for contemporary times. Attacking various structures where women have fought hard for their rights such as the workplace, LGBTQ rights, FGM and pro-choice - this series shows how the state can take those rights away and take control of women's bodies. Extremely grim viewing, it really is a difficult watch.

These women can act!
I wish I had read the book before I watched the series. I don't think it would have added to my enjoyment, but I just like to know what they left out. Anyway... even though there are other similar stories out there, I think this is one of the better ones. I never finished Divergent or Hunger Games, but this held my attention. Elizabeth Moss is excellent as the lead role. Stay tunes to for Season 2, it it also worth of an day on the sofa binge watching.
