Fatimah Asghar's poetry in If They Come For Us is everything I hoped it would be. It was raw and powerful. Her words paint her world and pull on your emotions. Her verses gave me chills and left me breathless. I particularly fell in love with My Love For Nature.

This is an amazing coming out and coming of age story. It has all the doubt and angst that is felt. Michelle Arnold does a stellar job making you enpathize with the characters. I will highly recommend this book, especially to those dealing with coming out. The emotions were real.

This beautifully rendered story is about Camille Claudel, the woman who inspired and challenged Auguste Rodin's talent and emotions, with a level of passion and genius all her own.
