Another big battle epic set in China's past. Some of the battle scenes are very good and the acting is impressive but the overall story just wasn't that interesting to me. It just sets up one battle up after another really. Curse of the Golden Flower was visually more impressive and has a better storyline to it. The two are very similar.

Story/Plot
one of the best samurai films of all time.
If you've seen a fistful of dollars, you know the plot, but this is the original, and it's still the best version of the story. Bruce Willis even tried his hand at it, as a 1920's gangster called Last Man Standing. It's an epic story of one man who wanders into town and finds two sides of the town at war and both are evil. Which means the townsfolk are the biggest losers. He brings clever justice with him. Watch it if you've never done so. It's well worth the time.

My favorite book EVER!
This book made me extremely emotional and I absolutely love it. I still re-read whenever I can't find anything new to read. Feyre has changed due to the challenges she faced in the previous book, ACOTAR. This book is the story of her epic love, new cities, sisterly challenges, finding herself, and comparing wingspans (?). I highly recommend this series! ❤❤❤

This was such a romantic, epic love story that truly touched my heart, I’ll be thinking of the characters for months to come. It would be an ideal pick for any book club as there are many thought provoking themes to discuss and ponder.
