Second of an epic series

The book series to me will always bet better becuase of the detail it uses but, yet again the acting is spectacular in this sequel to Fellowship of The Ring. The story continues with our hero making his way to Mordor while the rest try to protect him in other ways by gathering an army. The story does introduce us to Gollom one of the most tragic characters in all of the stories (in my opinion) He plays a pivotal roles in the second and third books. Don't want to spoil it for you but, read the books to get a better point of view of his character.

EPIC
Best Mafia story ever written. The Godfather is not just a classic it is a must watch movie for every movie goer ever. 3 of the most iconic lines in movie history come from this movie. The cast is not just a whose who, it is a plethora of stars who make this film in my top five favorite movies ever.

The story of a young Italian who chooses to go into the army and not deal with the family businesses in any way comes home to his sisters wedding to be with family. Not two days later chain events happen that changes his point of view on the family and makes him join. He rises to power not only with in the family but, against other mafia familes and becomes most feared.

This movie shows one of the greatest transformations of a character ever in film history. A hero who becomes a villain for the right reasons you could say. This movie spawns two sequels. The second being better than the first and the third really just closes the story out but, this story will always be the best mafia story ever written.

Modern version isn't embarrassing (4 more)
Keeps the heart of the Samurai film alive
Lovely depiction of a samurai village
Tom Cruise is quite good
Epic Scope versus a small feel.
A great modern samurai film
I didn't expect a samurai film with Tom Cruise to be any good, but this one is great. Solid casting, great story, and even great action. But with beautiful moments of quiet. Which really is the samurai way. I love the depiction of the village, with everyone perfecting their respective crafts.

This one follows Trevor Cross, in what I assume is not long after the previous book, Thief of Hearts, as he urges his best friend, Reya, to spend a night out doing stuff neither of them has ever done before. They eat in a dark restaurant and go to an illegal rave as well as confessing things to each other that leads to it being one epic night.

I can't wait to read Trev and Rey's complete story in book 6, Hearts on Air!

"Buster Keaton, Steamboat Bill Jr. — that’s an epic in its own way. Just terrific. Very funny, but the famous hurricane or tornado scene or whatever, where the wall comes down and he stood there, in just one moment — and it comes down, and it’s going to flatten him, but he just happens to be standing where the window was — it’s a perfectly crafted story as well. I think it’s a masterpiece, really. And The General. But I just adore it and adore him. He’s wonderful."
