David Gemmell has always been my favourite heroic fantasy author, especially his Rigante series. I.found this book rather slow moving, far fetched and hard to get into. Baring all that I did enjoy it once it got going,although maybe wouldn't recommend this one as much as his others.

Movie Rating Watch

A well known film by now that is often well quoted as well. After finally seeing it I have to say it's a little overrated! It's far too long and not as funny as I thought it would be given it's reputation. It has it's moments but it's far from being great.

This is by far the strongest and best series so far of Black Mirror. As always, each episode is a dark and intriguing tale of technology, social media and pop culture. The Waldo episode is probably the weakest out of the 4, but even that is still good. There's a fantastic cast with Domhall Gleeson, Hayley Atwell, Jon Hamm and Rafe Spall and some brilliant storylines. The Christmas episode is by far my favourite, and a welcome change to the usual sickeningly sweet Christmas shows.

Far from home hits big

No spoilers:

Spider-man: far from home is 10x better than homecoming. I liked homecoming alot dont get me wrong, but i thought in my mind far from home was better. You cared more about peter and his story. Mysterio was a great charcter. The first half of the movie i thought was kind of slow but when the third act hits, it hits big.

Whats going to be next in the MCU who knows but im on board.
