Booksnthreads (19 KP) rated Doctor Who: Time Lord Fairy Tales in Books
Jun 5, 2018
I love fairy tales, and I love Doctor Who, so this book was absolutely perfect. It's also a wonderful combination of retold familiar tales and original stories that are in the vein of fairy tales.
I found it fun that in most stories, I could clearly identify which Doctor was appearing in that story. I also appreciated that he is often not the main character.
It was so much fun to read that it was over far too quickly.

Platinum and Plantations are excellent additions (2 more)
Action cards are simple
Slightly extends the length of the game.
The Best Dominion Expansion
Prosperity is by far the best of the Dominion expansions, and once you have it, you will not play without it again. The addition of platinum and plantations extends the game just enough to make investing in actions worth it.
A lot of the new expansions focus on adding too much complexity. Prosperity keeps things simple.

TWD has it's up and downs, though I tend to think there are far more ups. I read the comics too, and I think the show has done managed to walk that very fine line between keeping the source material alive while also making the show its own creation, adding characters, changing up the story line, and so on. I'm interested to see what they do with the 9th season, what with all the rumors swirling around and whatnot.

The concept of having clones is interesting (1 more)
I wasn't totally expecting the ending
A possibility in the far future
Contains spoilers, click to show
I think that the author's concept of having clones to donate their organs and basically have no choice in the matter is a dark future that could happen to help cure the sick. I wasn't expecting the ending with a bit of a twist and for all hope for the characters to be able to live to run out.

Tiffany Haddish's wardrobe (1 more)
Ben Schwartz
My favorite part of this movie, by far, was Tiffany Haddish's wardrobe in this film, it was completely on point.
Other than that, it was a typical Kevin Hart movie. It produced some laughs, and was humorous throughout, but it didn't really stay with me afterwards. The one thing the movie did emphasize was that not everyone learns the same, and just because you have learning disabilities, you're not stupid. So, there was that.

New ages
So much to do
The biggest grind
I think this game has come so far since it got released I love it. There's so much to do your never bored doing nothing so many things to craft and dinosaurs to tame. You progress through the ages and it's pretty cool to be fair. Only problem is the game has a few bugs but they usually get fixed withing a month or so.

Jan 11, 2019 (Updated Feb 10, 2019)
Book Review | Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
I felt this book was different to what i read i am use to reading romance novels but i love to see what is out there. So this was popular so i jumped on the bandwagon and i felt this book was gripping and had twist and turns. I feel this book was better then the film by far and will love to read more of the author's books.

Katey Bassett (610 KP) rated Daughters of the Lake in Books
Dec 10, 2018
This book was a lot different than I thought it was going to be, there were certain parts that really sucked me in and there were other parts that sort of seemed like they went unfinished. I felt like the romantic aspect was slightly far fetched with the detective and there were a lot of details left out about Celeste. Overall, very quick read and I was glad to have gotten this book from Kindle First.

Ckings (13 KP) rated The Masked Singer in TV

Not to be taken seriously
This is one of the strangest and funniest shows of the year so far.
The premise of having celebrities from different fields dressing up and singing works really well. Although you can tell the singer's from the non singer's so their the ones that tend to get through every show.the best part is watching the celebritie panel guessing who they think the singers really are. Worth a look just for a laugh.
