Entertaining Sci-Fi film
A really good film that feels low budget but with blockbuster SFX. I didn't realise at first from the trailers it was a hand-held cam, POV film and this is handled very well with the kids abilities! Really good effects as they become stronger with their powers. Only downside the film is far too short at 77mins, the end felt kinda rushed and obvious as well. Still a very enjoyable film though, while it lasts.

Really dark Alice in Wonderland retelling
So I may be slightly biased since I love anything Alice and Wonderland related. But this is by far the best retelling of the original Lewis Carol story.
Disturbing and dark this book doesn't pussyfoot around some controversial subjects. However, it is able to steer away from anything crude while still being adult and gory.
This isn't a book for the faint-hearted with some wonderful but graphic descriptions. However, if you like dark and gothic definitely give this a try.

Couple goals
Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant are by far one of the best couples on tv. Joel (Olyphant) is a supportive husband to his wife that has turned into the ‘undead’ . They try to keep her need to feed ( on humans) under control with the help of their very judgey teenage daughter and the super funny, quirky boy next door. The first few shows are hard to watch but once you get past the fact that Sheila (Barrymore) is eating people it gets really good.

Fornite Shenanigans
I love watching my boyfriend play this game. Sadly we are on different systems so we can't play together. My son refuses to play fortnite with anyone. So I have only played it a few times. I can't get far enough into a game to figure out how to do anything. I want to play though. So for now I just settle for watching other people play with the hopes that someday I will be able to as well.

Social Deduction at It's Finest
If you are a veteran of social deduction games, Secret Hitler is probably not for you. It is just barely more complicated than The Resistance, and there are games with far more complicated mechanics than it. But Secret Hitler is a great introduction to social deduction. The mechanics can be picked up easily, and it still has enough variety to be interesting.
If you regularly have a group of 6-10 players, I highly recommend this game.

Could have been a 5 star book I think - It was a bit lacking in some areas - why was it so repetitive sometimes? I get you're a chemist, etc. - I think it'd have been fun to learn more on that as far as making the weapons, etc. However, where the book shines is 100% in the dog arena. That was my favourite part of the whole book, when will there be a dog what's happening OMG :P I'm a pet person what can I say.

Decent character development
Great action
My favourite Thor film so far
I loved the banter and wit here, although if I'm honest the development of Thors character means he understands humans more and more, which means we lose some of the humor in his confusion.
All that aside, it's still a good laugh and action packed enough that you can leave your brain at the door and enjoy another fun Marvel film.

One of the all-time best
I have read a lot of books, but this was by far one of the best ever. This book was nothing short of amazing. It's the kind of book that stays with you - I still revisit it in my mind. I have not stopped telling people about it since I read it... When it first came out!! It's a near-perfect read. And for lovers of nonfiction, this book reads like a remarkable, moving true story.

The first hour of this almost made me want to turn it off, I actually paused it to see how far I was into the movie... Around five minutes later, it seemed to finally start picking up. At first, you think it's a crazy, run of the mill religious cult, but then it's so much more and kind of messed up.
If the first hour had been edited down a little, I would have definitely rated it higher.
