Bad Camera
This third-person shooter game was one of my favorite GameCube games of all time. Lucasarts put out a few great Star Wars games in the 1990s and 2000s, and this was one of them.

Original actor Temuera Morrison again supplied the voice of Jango who is probably one of the coolest prequel characters.

The adventure and shooting enemies was great fun and kept me engaged for hours and hours. Unfortunately, rotating the camera, especially in tight spaces was a big negative.

As You Wish
One of the most iconic lines in any movie "as you wish" is said. Anytime I hear it I always think of that movie. The acting is so good, the story is fun, the cast is serious and funny. Also if you watched it as a kid how can you not watch it when your home sick with a bowl of soup and as your seeing it not feel like that young kid all over again. one of my top 25 favorite movies of all time

Great Sequel
Aliens, being the long standing sequel set 57 years later certainly gets the action going right away. Sigourney Weaver plays the character fantastic and James Cameron directs the film in his frenetic style. Love the mechs! The acting for the supporting cast isn't stellar but for science fiction it's workable. Clearly one of my more favorite movies. The score by James Horner was composed quickly but effectively. This gives us one of the best action cues of all time.

I have read a few books by Harry Manners and have enjoyed them all but The Ruin Saga just leaves me wanting more. I would compare it to S.M. Stirling's Change books which are some of my favorite. Mr. Manners does such a good job with character development that you feel that you actually know these people an are invested in what happens to them. Brink continues the story that was left off in Ruin and is just as good if not better. My only gripe is that I have to wait for more.

Let me preface this by saying that I might be biased, since I have loved everything Neil Gaiman has written. Still, I'm generally not a big fan of nonfiction, especially essays and speeches, and I have loved this. Part of that is that it is speeches and essays about reading, books, comics, and the people that made some of my favorite books and comics. There is humor, passion, intelligence, and nostalgia in almost every essay.
It took me longer to finish this than it usually would, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

I don't think it's a very good story. (0 more)
The Shining is a masterpiece is a lot of ways, Stanly Kubrick is Amazing
an Iconic Film. A must for the Horror fan. I highly recommend seeing the documentary on the visual tricks the film used, like the layout of the building and how it's impossible to actually be the way it is. Plus here's a alternate movie poster from Tom Whalen, one of my favorite movie poster creators.

This is one of my favorite books
I loved this book, it made me laugh and cry. It was easy to relate to the characters and to get in the story while forgetting everything else. I remember one time I was driving the bus while reading this book and I was so absorb in the story that I didn’t realized that I said “oh no!” Outloud until I notice that everyone around was staring at me lol. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes a good story with great characters.

This book was a selection for Book of the Month this April. I chose it because Charles Soule has written some of my favorite comics.
This book is about Will Dando, who receives several predictions from one dream. He posts select predictions on 'the Site' and he is known as 'The Oracle'. The government is after him, and religious sects are calling his the devil/blasphemer. It was impulsively readable.
But, it was just good. It wasn't great. Which, was a bummer. Because though it was readable, there was nothing new about it.

This was my first manga....that being said it took me a bit to get used to how you have to read it. I was able to fly through it once I got the hang of it because this is one of my FAVORITE Disney movies. I really enjoyed the artwork as well. I think I would rather read manga in book form though. So I have the book to start a collection. I received an ARC copy from Netgalley for an honest review.

I have always found the concept of HAC (human animal conflict) highly intriguing. The idea that one day the animals will take back the planet? I find this not only completely believable, but entirely possible. The reason given for the HAC in this book (I won't spoil it) is also completely believable, AND entirely possible, in my opinion. I was riveted from start to finish. This may be one of my favorite recent James Patterson books. The story was well told, engaging, and when you really think about it, kind of terrifying.
