Our New Favorite Party Game
If you have ever played Codenames and wished that it was a little more in-depth, Decrypto will be an excellent game for your group.

The game revolves around attempting to communicate a code to your group, without letting the other group "decrypt" your code. The concept is simple, but the execution is great.

I will warn that it can be a little confusing to learn, just based off of the instruction manual. But once you have 1 person that knows how to play, it's pretty easy to teach others.

I used to love Pandora but then I started having a lot of problems with it. I love a lot of artists so I had a lot of stations and I found sometimes going through my stations that some of my stations wouldn't be there anymore. It kept doing this no matter how many times I tried to fix it so that's when I got tired of it and just switched back to Spotify.

Loved this book
Unlike most of Sarah Dessens books Once and For All isn't about first love. Its about what comes after. I really enjoyed the flash backs that slowly showed the reader Louna's past. In general the book is about Louna as she moves forward in life, so it was nice to see how her past played such an important role. Louna is one of my favorite Sarah Dessen characters, and her friendship with Ambrose had me smiling throughout the book. This is definitely a must read for anyone who is a fan of young adult romance.

A place to escape
Instagram is a good place to escape for a bit with nice pictures and videos of travel and fun things to do all over the world, or just a nice place to keep up with your friends or favorite celebrities. It's got a little bit for everyone and is pretty user friendly. You can add your own pictures or 60 second videos to your timeline or you can even add to a story in real-time. If you want to interact on the spot there is also a live feature. It's a great app for everyone.

I quite hated the ending of Enterprise. Trip was one of my favorite characters, and his sudden death under odd circumstances annoyed me. I'm so grateful to have found this book, bring Trip back for me. Though I don't like his new life of secrecy, he is at least still alive. I liked the exploration in the bonds between Trip and T'pol, and Shran and Jhamel, and the overall history cover up of Trip's death that Nog and Jake discovered. It did reminisce "These are the voyages..." a bit with Jake and Nog, but I thought it was a clever transition.

Flew right through another one! LOVING this series and I can't finish one fast enough to get to the next. :) One of my favorite aspects of this book is that we get to follow everyone's story... and I'm loving every one of them!? These are some tough MC's guys, yet they all have a genuine soft spot for the women in their lives and while they all struggle with their own relationship drama, you know they are genuine and you can have faith that all will work out. One day read. LOVE this series- Highly recommended!! Onto Book #3!!

The first in a new series, the invisible library is one I couldn't put down. I loved that it was a mystery surrounding the acquisition of my favorite thing in the world...books. I would have liked a little more backstory about the library itself in the beginning but it wasn't any real hindrance to the story. The action starts from the very beginning and the adventure continues until the end. I can't wait to read the next book and immerse myself back into this wonderful world. Highly recommended! Thanks to Penguin and First to Read for the ARC!

Creepshow (1982)
Creepshow (1982)
1982 | Horror
I probably like this movie more than the people who made it!
"Father's Day" ...
"The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill" ...
"Something to Tide You Over" ...
"The Crate" ...
"They're Creeping Up on You" ...

The Crate is definitely my favorite, but all 5 segments are good in their own way. I love the use of color, the changing of color and the way George Romero made the film look and feel like the horror comic it is based on.

The campy feel is part of the fun, but the film still has some gory and chilling moments.

A New Favorite
* I received a free copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.*
I absolutely loved this book. Brandy is one of the best characters I've come across in a while. She's funny, and extremely realistic. Jer her love interest, is a great addition to the story. He has everything going for him in a way that makes him extremely dreamy. He also has just enough flaws to keep him from outshining the other characters.
If you are interested in a romantic comedy featuring a late bloomer, then this is definitely a book you should pick up.

I received an ARC from Netgalley for review.

As someone who can stitch I found these entertaining and would be really easy to replicate in full cross-stitch, but this book has an added bonus for those who don't.

Reading the description ... "Perforated pages allow for readers to hang up or share favorite entries, spreading the cross stitched love."

So even those who can't stitch can pop out a page, frame it, and stick it up on the wall if they want to as from a short distance most people won't see the difference. A very clever idea.
