They're a sweet little dog that wants to go on adventures. Boy and his brother and family go on a Lake Vacation. What an enjoyable and fun story. There is rhyming along the way. But there is a little fun game in the book as you read or the child read the book. What happens to Rumbee Boo Sock? Will your child find the socks or remember where Rumbee Boo drops his favorite rag?

I do not know if the author put this in; I noticed the question at the back of this book. Can your child or children name the places that Rumbee Boo drops his sock? You can play some activities or games with your child with this book, like the Memory game with Rambee Boo sock.

The activities that Rock and Rumbee Boo do at the lake. They seem to have so much fun that Rumbee Boo drops this sock along the way. The aforementioned is funny and what his mom does so that Rumbee Boo and Rock do not realize what he is doing. I believe that this book will teach children rhyming and some other reading skills. At the end of the book, the memory game that came to mind seems fun to help children with memory after reading.

I would love to continue the series at some point as there are three other books before this one. I would love to see what Rambee Boo and his family get up to in the first three books. This book is the fourth one in the series. However, you do not need to read them in order. Parents will find some fun with memory games they use at the end of reading this book. You can also find out what other fun outdoor activities you and your child or children can do during the summer or outdoors.

" Oswald is probably best known for her last book, “Memorial,” an extraordinarily free reinterpretation of the Iliad. (At public readings of “Memorial,” she recites it from memory, in homage to the orality of the original. I was lucky enough to witness this in London. The effect is rhapsodic, spellbinding.) Oswald does indeed have a classical power: she’s at once a grand elegist and a close celebrant of life, a rhetorician and a playful contemporary—a writer who can describe Hector dying in battle but can also depict how he “used to nip home deafened by weapons / To stand in full armour by the doorway / Like a man rushing in leaving his motorbike running.” At the heart of her new book is a long poem titled “Tithonus,” after one of Eos’s lovers from Greek mythology. It is a minutely detailed, ravishing, and rapturously observant account of the English countryside waking up at dawn—what Oswald calls “46 Minutes in the Life of the Dawn.” Slowly, the light builds and the stars disappear and the woods awaken to the birds: “as soon as dawn one star then / suddenly none then blue then pale / and the whole apparition only / ever known backwards already too / late now almost gone.” I’m sometimes reminded of Gerard Manley Hopkins and Edward Thomas, but the tutelary spirit seems to be Virginia Woolf’s “The Waves,” and that novel’s patient italicized passages (written from the point of view of the author) about sunlight building and spreading across the English landscape. (“The day waves yellow with all its crops” is one of my very favorite sentences from Woolf’s novel, and one that Oswald might easily have written herself.) This poet is, for me, a perpetual inspiration."

As I said with Fighting Temptation, basically, how in the ever loving hell have I NOT read this book before!? I absolutely went to jelly knees reading all about ‘Sexy Sawyer’ and his journey with ‘Cupcake’. I didn’t think I could love a character in the MOH series more than I did Jaxon…….but, oh how wrong I was!

Sawyer was witty, HOT AS HELL, and absolutely amazing with his love and devotion for Grace. Those two were absolutely perfect for each other. I loved how patiently persistent Sawyer was with ‘his Cupcake’. That’s exactly how my husband was with me and I could feel all of my own emotions resurfacing.

Grace’s sassiness was the absolute best mixture with Sawyer’s cocky attitude. Following Grace, learning all she went through, and all she lost, was absolutely heart breaking, but seeing her rise above it all, seeing her and Sawyer together, truly was badass in it’s own way and together they baked up as the perfect couple!

Lynn and her trademark angsty work stole my heart with book 1. With book 2, she has become my absolute second favorite author. The deep love these fierce and fearless men have for their witty, challenging women, are wonderfully chiseled into plot lines that have the feels. From start to finish, this book will have you twisted up inside with ALL THE FEELS. All of them. Every last one. But, in the end, you’ll be in love with Sawyer, Grace, and all the men, dying to read the next one. But, be warned…..Sawyer will set you on FIRE and make every part of your body blush in this 5 star read!

*I read this book from Kindle Unlimited and was under no obligation to post a review, positive or negative.*
