Lacking a little
This is my least favorite of the Mission: Impossible films. That is not to say that isn't still a fun movie, but it is not as high quality as the other films. This film has all the action that you can want and the chases. It just lacks a little in the character development area.

"Tom Hanks remains one of my favorite actors. I remember seeing that movie at a very impressionable age. It was such a cool storyline, and Tom Hanks is a brilliant actor… and I always wanted to have an apartment with my own vending machine in it, after that. That was the coolest thing. And the trampoline."

"This is my favorite Wes Anderson movie. He is obviously such an incredible visualist, and there was something about Max Fischer that I really related to—I always felt like an outcast, but I had a ton of ambition. It’s quite a feat to make something so visually arresting while also making you laugh and breaking your heart."

"I have got to say Man on Fire. Again, it’s another assassin movie, but Denzel…that was one of my favorite performances from him. And I think the film was shot really stylistically; I don’t know what kind of filter they had on the camera, or what they used, but it just had this really cool element to it."

"I really actually liked this one. There’s a thing with genre movies and science fiction movies that number two is the charmed; two seems to be the best. I loved Terminator 2. I think of all those kinds of movies, that has to be my favorite ‘blowing big shit up’ kind of movie. How many is that so far?"

Great retelling but kind of ruined one of my favorite villains
All in all I did actually enjoy this movie I love that they gave all the characters really great and interesting backgrounds and played around with the whole whole really a villain theme.

The one thing that I really found that I wasn't a big fan of with how they changed one of my favorite villains of all time. Maleficent was always such a great villain because she literally cursed child because they simply didn't invite her to a party it was one of my favorite things about her and while I did enjoy this version of her I still miss the just flat-out evil that she was in the original cartoon version.

Movie Favorite

"I’m going to put in a strange one now, Any Body Can Dance. This is my favorite movie for the last two years. It’s a Bollywood musical dance movie, and I don’t watch enough Bollywood movies. I watch them on the plane sometime, and you know because I travel a lot from place to place, and this one has been my favorite Bollywood films. It’s nearly unpredictable, you know if you’re coming from a Western point of view, but I _____ the same way Bollywood has a different theater role. So for me it’s always surprising what happens in the story, at least it still is, and this is amazing music and dancing in it. It’s like 20 Indian Michael Jacksons. I’ve seen it twice, and parts of it I’ve seen three times. It’s crazy. It’s unusual for a recent movie for me. Yeah, it’s a weird one. It’s not going to be for everyone, I know."

Funny and heartwarming
So went and saw Shazam! last night and you know what I FREAKING LOVED EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF IT! Seriously it was funny, heartwarming and an all around amazing movie! I went in not knowing what to expect since Shazam! is the first superhero movie I've ever seen that I knew nothing about the character ahead of time. Definitely my favorite recent DC movie❤⚡? and that is saying something because I adored Wonder Woman and really enjoyed Aquaman. I'm really glad that DC movies finally seem to be finding their stride because it has been a long time coming.
