A Laugh-Out-Loud travel book. The sole purpose is to send Karl Pilkington around the Seven Wonders of the world-to broaden his mind. From the very first page Karl did what Karl does, moan. But that is why is he is so well loved because he does not hold back on his feelings. If he hates something or someone he will say. The points he make are Laugh Out Loud, but usually true. All round good light-hearted-book.

Romantic!
Everyone loves a romantic up-to-date film, this didn't fail! With the confusion of a young girl who finally has a boyfriend only to not understand her feelings towards an old flame, although if it was my choice it would have been Peter Kavinsky all along. But going through her confusing journey this amazing young actress drags you in to feel everything she is feeling, couldn't have played the role any better. As always a happy ending. Worth the watch!

"I know, I know, it’s such a cliché for a director to like Fellini’s 8½, but it’s a great movie. To capture both stories and feelings from your youth and tell tales of how weird and nerve-racking it is to make a movie while at the same time being unbelievably entertaining is a true accomplishment. Whenever I’m in a bad mood, I just need to put on the music Saraghina dances to on the beach and I’m happy again."

"Moore is completely unsentimental but able to stir enormous feelings in the reader, or, certainly, in me. Her style is so original: The way this book is structured, the narrative is like an anagram. It begins with Benna, a singer, and her neighbor Gerard. The characters in each succeeding chapter have the same names, but they're different people. In one, she's a schoolteacher and he's a graduate student. I've never read a book where the identity is the same but always changing."

"A late-night friend right up there with Cosmos and Hearts of Space. I’m sure I wouldn’t like this series as much without the Matt Dillon segment (episode three). The camaraderie in the other pieces is great, but the tension of that segment is built in real-time improvisation. The story unfolds right before you—one of the coolest, most magical feelings you can get. I still get really uncomfortable at the fish/trousers part in the Tom Waits episode, though."

I read the majority of this story on Wattpad but never continued after Colleen finished it. I bought the book and it sat on the shelf for a long time, me having forgotten that I never read until the end. I'm glad I waited, because it was nice delving back into the world of Sydney and Ridge, as well as experiencing the emotional growth of Maggie. Colleen always has me tangled up in my feelings and I never, ever get tired of it.
