Great cameos
Soundtrack is awesome
Great sequel, pretty hilarious
While I watch superhero films as a distraction, this was wonderfully fun and engaging. The graphics were phenomenal and baby Groot is literally the cutest thing in the Galaxy. The soundtrack is equally well chosen, from Cat Stevens to George Harrison, the music was spot on for the scenes. And the heartfelt story of the father-son affair was actually quite a tearjerker not to mention the great comedy. Fabulous all round entertainment.

"For my last Black Ball (which is the fundraiser for my organization Keep a Child Alive) we did a tribute to George Harrison and played a lot of Beatles songs. It was the first time I really had an opportunity to breakdown each song and see why the Beatles are so amazing. They have this way of creating something simple and deep at the same time. Something easy and complex simultaneously is actually mind blowing—how good they are! This album is surely one of my faves."

This could be a song by George Harrison because the lyrics are that good and the voice is that humble. The string section is the lake that we float upon and the acoustic guitar is the boat that carries us across. And always with the voice just behind your shoulder. It's not a whisper, it's not a shout.

As the song progresses it approaches a sort of poetic ecstasy that flowers and fades and after there is much to discuss:

“Yeah and pain is your teacher now
You’ll make it through somehow
Do all you can to find the light”
