Deja vu
It's great to see a Star Wars film back on the big screen. It has plenty of action, a good mix of new characters with some old favourites. The Sfx and battle scenes are great. The only disappointment for me, without giving too much away, was that it seemed to take key plotlines and scenes almost straight from the original 3 films and reused them again. Still it's a fun entertaining film and well made to keep the fans happy.

Slapstick characters (0 more)
This was a first for me to read a crime genre novel.
I found it interesting, if a little out there.
Without giving it away, I found place names a little difficult to get my head around and although the accents portrayed were maybe needed to give more of a feel for the location and characters, it made reading a little difficult.
I'm not sure I fully warmed to the characters and felt they were a little clumsy and slapstick.
But that is just my opinion, I'm sure many love these quirks.
Still an entertaining read.

Bold and Brilliant
Usually, I give a brief synopsis when giving a review, but this movie is best experienced if you know very little of what to expect.
In Heath Ledger's very last performance, which he was filming around the time that he passed away, this true gem will leave you dazzled and in complete awe of the world at which these wonderful characters live in.
Just try not to guess what may happen, but lose yourself in the experience of this true visual masterpiece.

well what can I say, wow, this is such a fantastic read. even though this is the third book in the series, it can be read as a stand alone. the characters were really well written and the story around them worked really well. this author has a fab way of writing, giving you just the right amounts of different elements so that you end up with a fantastic read. this is one of them books that you love every page you read and are left wanting more when your finished. I cant wait to read more from this author.

Introduction of new heroes and villains and it expands on existing characters in novel ways (0 more)
Another great read
Love magic? Love fantasy? Try the Dresden Files.
This novel, the 4th in the series, has Harry Dresden facing new enemies, making allies in the strangest of ways, and generally making himself a pain in the ass to all manner of authority (mortal, magical and faerie).
Without giving too much away, this book introduces some wonderful new characters whom Harry will help, hinder and smack down in all manner of ways.
Worth owning to read and read again.

Callie makes her living investigating non-profits for a living. Her latest case is supposed to just be a quick in and out before she gets a week's vacation until she finds the man she is giving the check to dead. Her boss asks her to investigate, and Callie finds herself in danger. The writing is a bit weak, but the plot more than makes up for it. I dare you to put it down anywhere in the last 100 pages.

This book purports to be the completely true exchanges of one man who decided to play with spammers. Taking on the identity of Bob Servant, a 62 year old semi-retired window washer from Scotland, he sees how long he can string the spammers along, getting them to reply to his strange demands and stories without giving them the info they request. The result is absolutely hilarious. A bit slow at times, but definitely worth a read.

The best way to ruin friendships
The classic monopoly game really brings out the worst in people, as the need to keep giving the same person money repeatedly becomes very frustrating. When playing with kids, I have found we have to agree that once someone has bought the first property of a group, nobody can buy the rest. Without such rules anarchy would reign.
The game takes quite a long time to play and technically only ends when someone runs out of money and properties completely, which can take days.
Not really enjoyable but an excellent concept (the junior version is much better).

What's better than a series you can rely on to provide solid plots with intriguing twists spiced by the occasional sexy romps? All that with ongoing character development! I love seeing the growth Elena is making, and the way her relationship with Clay deepens and matures over time. I can't think of much to say without giving away too much to those familiar with the series. I doubt this is the best place for readers new to Women of the Otherworld to start, simply because they wouldn't get the full effect of the continuity, but they wouldn't be lost, either. I loved it!
