Suswatibasu (1701 KP) rated Google Maps - GPS Navigation in Apps

Essential app, but still needs a little work
This is the most important app on my phone - especially for walking routes and using public transport. My only gripe is the fact it still lacks in terms of disability access - a general issue across the UK. So as a 'local guide' I've begun manually uploading the information.
While walking, I tend to have Google Maps reciting the directions to me through my ear phones. A lot of the time it stops and I keep wondering if the app has switched off. No doubt, it beats all competition in terms of navigation, but it needs to update quicker. And Google needs to stop telling me to 'add an image' to places. I'm not taking a picture of a shop like a weirdo.

Jewels (684 KP) rated Google Home Mini Smart Speaker in Tech

We have several of these in our house. Many uses, easy to use. Set lights up so we can have google turn on certain lights. Get news first thing in the morning, set alarms and timers. Found it helpful with kids and homework. Fun features like asking "Where is Santa" or getting goofy answers to random questions.

I've tried and worn a lot of smart watches. This is currently my everyday wearer. I like it a lot. Easy to disassemble for cleaning. Performs well above average. I do wish I could change the function of the ordinary physical button, as I often push it accidentally and activate Google Assistant. Other than that, zero complaints a year in.
Erika (17788 KP) rated The Circle (2017) in Movies
Jan 14, 2018
I'm sure the book is much better, and I'll probably go read it, since the premise is so interesting. The employees of 'The Circle' reminded me of the employees at Google/Facebook/Apple. The plot didn't seem to really go anywhere, and some of the side characters served little to no purpose. Emma Watson's acting wasn't up to her normal standard; her accent was whack.

Pretty accurate database
A great website for those who need to know something about a movie they enjoyed/hated/can't remember a plot line of.. Lol. Overall great site if you know what to look for from the movie/actor(tress)/director etc. If not google is still the way to find it specifically then throw it back into the database for more info.

It’s scary, but should also appeal to non-horror fans
The ending. The director’s original plan for the ending would have made this show practically perfect. (2 more)
Could be triggering for some.
After episode 8, it gets a bit messy and goes off the rails a bit. I had to google after watching the finale because I had questions.
It’s magnificent for the first 8 episodes
Natari (73 KP) rated Pokemon Alpha Sapphire in Video Games

Great fun
This game has the storyline plus extra places you can discover by flying with Pokemon and playing at different times of day or with different pokemon in your party. You need to google a guidebook to get the absolute most out of this game or just keep going by luck and having fun growing your pokedex.

Ability to select level
Ability to select time
I love this app. The ability to change so many parameters depending on your experience, time, needs and focus is really good. The music choices are excellent. And as someone be to high intensity interval training, I feel this has been the perfect beginners course. I absolutely love it!
