This is probably best described as a light-hearted look back at the relationship between Great Britain and (perhaps) her oldest frenemy France; all told very much one-sided (which it makes no bones about) concentrating largely on what France did or gets 'wrong' and what GB did or gets 'right'.

For all that, it is informative enough - provided, of course, that you take it as it is intended!
(to be a tongue-in-cheek one-sided view of history)
