Boaz and Ruth, along with Naomi, are created perfectly. I felt like I had taken a trip right to the heart of the Bible and followed their story. Both suffered tragedies beyond compare, both seeking happiness, both reaching out to each other. The way they were portrayed, the way they interacted and fell in love, made me fall in love with the whole story. It was perfect!
Ms. Afshar's book is high on my recommendations list. From start to finish, I was lost in the pages of this book, and I had it done in less than a day. It was that good. This book is powerful and worth so much more than simple 5 stars. It is worthy of 5 million stars. When it comes to Biblical fiction this is the kind of book I seek and I am so incredibly pleased to have read it.This review was originally posted on Cafinated Reads

Aug 16, 2018 (Updated Aug 16, 2018)
I listened through this CD a few times, and I don't DISLIKE it. But.. it just isn't John Williams.
I will break it down to a few songs that stuck out to me. The first selection, the main theme, was full of energy and power. You are transported as soon as you begin listening to this and it takes you on a ride into the star wars universe. It definitely is not as memorable as most Star Wars' themes though. It doesn't stick with you longer than just simply listening to it.
Reminiscence Therapy just seemed like a letdown for me. Wasn't too interesting.
I really liked what he did with Marauders Arrive though. It was a very interesting choice to have the voices in there, and I really enjoyed the different style.
Adventures of Han was almost reminiscent of Indiana Jones, and I really liked that. It wasn't a carbon copy, but it still had that happiness even in the face of danger feeling.
Finally, my favorite had to be Chicken in the Pot because of the beautiful vocals in it. That woman can sing!
Matthew Krueger (10051 KP) rated The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992) in Movies

I love the muppets and their were excellent and perfect in this film. Their make you laugh, cry, smile, happy and more, the muppets make you really care.
The Plot: The Muppets perform the classic Dickens holiday tale, with Kermit the Frog playing Bob Cratchit, the put-upon clerk of stingy Ebenezer Scrooge (Michael Caine). Other Muppets -- Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie Bear and Sam the Eagle -- weave in and out of the story, while Scrooge receives visits from spirits of three Christmases -- past, present and future. They show him the error of his self-serving ways, but the miserable old man seems to be past any hope of redemption and happiness.
Whos my favorite muppet you may ask well its Kermit the Frog then Beaker then Rowlf the Dog and then Fozzie Bear.
A excellent christmas movie for the whole family to watch.
