4.5 stars.
This certainly brought out my emotions. I was a hopeless wreck in that last 20% or so. Ugh... the things people do for love. Both characters grew on me so easily. They were both really likeable and then when they got together I was sighing with happiness for them. They were so cute together!
So far it's 2 out of 2 with this series. Let's see if I like Pick and Eva's story as much (though I'm pretty sure I will after those few scenes of them together in this one. So cute!)

Imagine my surprise when I saw I had read this before! I can't find the edition I read for the second time. I honestly don't remember any of the story, but I'm not sure if it's because this newest addition had reviews and added chapters or not. Either way, I enjoyed the story of Elena and look forward to seeing what's in store for her - I hope happiness, because this poor girl has been through hell at such a young age. I can't wait to watch her grow and mature, then conquer her life.

A comedy? Really? Nope not sure how some have put it in that category. It is a relationship drama, although light-hearted most of the time. A great cast, good script but the ending left me feeling "oh, is that it?" Not big on dramas most of the time. This does deal with complex issues about love, desire, happiness, relationships and these subjects are often discussed in the film. To sum it up it is a film about a complex love square, let alone triangle, started as two friends on holiday embark on a holiday romance or is it more than that?

So, one night a gypsy fortune-teller(snerk) is super-bored and decides to tell one of her customers that he is a vampire(as you do) and will have to find his true love to have eternal happiness.
Enter our heroine. Darcy is being dropped off by her harridan mother because her honeymoon is more important than her kid and OOPS! her aunt is gone because she's a money-obsessed jerkface.
The only problem I have with this book is it's predictability. If I gave you a description of the characters, you'd know right away which one is the killer.

Bundle of pain and sadness
Finished this little bundle of sadness and pain today. If you have recently lost someone, whether it be through death or otherwise, please give this book a read. Coming from an author of older age, I was not expecting it to be this raw and emotional, and yet here I am- sitting in a daze rethinking my entire life. Do not let the title fool you like it fooled my therapy book club group- ‘magical’ in this case is not meant to denote happiness.

Likeable characters (1 more)
Comes with its own (real) soundtrack!
A book with a REAL Greatest Hits!
I thoroughly enjoyed this - I'm a big music fan, and to find out that this came with a real album was quite exciting (I found the album on Spotify - it's by Kathryn Williams and is called, unsurprisingly, Greatest Hits!). Each chapter begins with a song - which I listened to as well as read. It made it seem more 'real', and gave the main character a real voice. It follows Cass from childhood through to the present day, with all the upheavals and happiness that life brings.
Well worth a read!!

This was so good! I still can't believe who the killer turned out to be, it was truly unexpected, which is what makes a good thriller. And the fact that she went so far to get what she wants only to not get it at all, that just goes to show you that some people really don't deserve happiness. I loved the character of Nora because she was so relatable and likable, some of the insecurities and doubts that she had I've experienced at one time myself. I'm glad the truth came out in the end and I would read another book by this author in a heartbeat!!

I enjoyed the older guy/younger girl characters.. I enjoyed the writing and the storyline. There was a lot of sexyness in this story. There was a lot of happiness and sadness. The characters were relatable and made me smile. For the most part it was a very light read. It had a bit of angst but not much so it was a nice break from the more hardcore stories. It wasn't all sex which was also nice. I enjoyed the sex along with the romance. I love how they grow together even though he is older but he grows with her. It was wonderful
