So I've just finished all three Cloverfield films. As they are very different I'm interested in which one you all prefer.

Cloverfield - Found footage monster movie
10 Cloverfield Lane - Psychological thriller
The Cloverfield Paradox - Hard Sci-Fi Horror

It was ok not perfect but for a horror comedy about 7 friends who aren't white targeted by a psycho thru a game board is the kinda movie they should have done years ago but it is funny

Interesting
This "horror" movie was ok. The acting was decent and the cinematography was good. It was a fairly interesting concept. I didn't get why all the employees would allow a company to insert anything into their heads, but that's just a part of the story. The effects in this were pretty good but the characters(several familiar faces) while they played out their parts well, weren't exactly "deep". This may not be the best horror movie out there, but overall it was entertaining enough to keep the interest. Worth a watch.

A rather poor, very low budget, comedy horror. It's very gory in places and the effects on the shoe-string budget are pretty good. The first third of the film isn't too bad, introducing some odd characters, a few gory scenes, plenty of B-Movie sillyness and nudity. Once they all get to the cabin though and try and hold out as long as the can it becomes rather boring and by the numbers. Watch only if you like odd B movie horror films or enjoy gore effects.

"A perfect horror film and, except for one bloody mess glimpsed early on and a few sexy scratches from Satan himself, no blood spilled. The movie builds dread with its narrative, but amplified by Polanski’s masterful technique, it becomes effortlessly menacing. The movie is still riveting and suspenseful after multiple viewings, maybe because it’s anchored in reality and so beautifully simple—the horror is played out within the realities of a modern marriage in late-’60s Manhattan and the “God is dead” movement. Second only to Chinatown in Polanski’s oeuvre."

"The Room has been called the worst movie ever made, but it is also a cult favorite and has become the new Rocky Horror Picture Show in the midnight movie circuit. Sestero, one of the actors in the film, relates the twisted story of the making of The Room, and beautifully captures the admirable will, and the insane solipsism that is Tommy Wiseau, the mad and ultimately sympathetic man behind getting such a movie made."

While all the past Halloween movies were entertaining, they finally got it right with the latest Halloween. Really enjoyed the movie from the beginning to the end. One of the best horror movies I've seen in a long time.
