Michael Keaton is my favorite Batman (Adam West is my 2nd Fav). I loved the visuals. The batmobile featured is probably one of the best batmobiles out of all of them. Jack Nicholson was creepy as the Joker. Overall, I liked Tim Burton's take on Batman.

The script. The script. The script. Did I mention the script? One of Tom Cruise's finest performances as well. Of course good old Jack Nicholson got all the attention...also this is a hub of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon. Therefore it is awesome. (0 more)
I don't presently own it. (0 more)

"The directorial debut of Jack Nicholson. It may be rough around the edges, but that’s what makes it work. Felt like a very honest depiction of college life in the sixties and seventies, yet anyone in any decade dealing with that early-twenties malaise can identify with it. "

"I’d say The Shining. One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest. I’m a huge Jack Nicholson fan. He’s obviously… Everything from Five Easy Pieces, another one that’s just phenomenal to me… Yeah, he’s a god to me. I love him. I don’t know how to properly explain why, but he’s just fantastic. His sense of humor, his intensity, his charm, you know. There’s only one Jack. I love him."

Heath Ledger RIP
The best of the new batman movies by far. Heath ledger's portrayal of the Joker was my second favorite to Jack Nicholson. I fathom how dark he had to go in his mind to play this twisted, sadistic version of one of my top favorite villians.

"I mean, anything with Jack Nicholson kind of got me from the get-go. He’s so great in everything. I’ve always related with the anti-heroes in a way, with those guys that were not totally perfect. But they were just out there in the world, always walking on the edge."

Only the greatest batman since Adam West!! And Jack's inner Romero was better than anything since. This movie is the reason my autistic son loves batman. (0 more)
I'm batman
Keaton was phenomenal in this film. The eccentricity of Bruce Wayne came so naturally to him. And Jack Nicholson as the Joker was spot on. And let's not forget the far too brief appearance of the late, great Jack Pallance. All in all, a perfect page to screen adaptation.

"I had a chance to work with Jack Nicholson, which was a real thrill. You can scoop out a lot of performances from Jack, and consider them as possible films you could add to this list, but that was a great performance. Roman Polanski‘s direction is incredible too. It’s a movie where, the first time you see it, it’s kind of shocking because you don’t know where it’s going and how big the story actually is that’s being told."
