Michael is hired to find a kidnapped wife and daughter of the man who will be piloting the family yacht during a race. If he thought that was easy, however, he discovers he's in way over his head as he starts digging deeper. A great entry that captures the characters and pace of the series. There were a couple leaps that I had to fully think about to get, but that could just be me.

Oh man I missed you bradfords <33333333333 A reread for me again I've reread this series repeatedly I think Book 1 will always be my favourite but this one was hilarious still, they're all just so good!!!!!!!!

I like the accident prone Necie and cute little Duncan and the infamous kidnapping .. which I mean <spoiler> did he technically kidnap her for the wedding, or was it kidnapping her to decide he wanted to marry her, because I don't think he actually kidnapped her for the wedding, are they DOOMED!!!!!!!!!! </spoiler>

I may just continue rereading all the rest now.............

Found this one on Netflix. It stars Ryan Reynolds, Scott Speedman and Rosario Dawson. It's a movie about a couple whose daughter is kidnapped by a group of people who like to watch children online being abused. The game her for 8yrs and use her to lure other children online to meet them. This movie is an excellent crime drama. They don't show anything graphic but there's mild violence and cursing. I would say kids could watch this to see the dangers of meeting strangers on line. All around the acting, cinematography and storyline are great. This one is really worth a watch!

2016 | Horror, Thriller
Split (2017) is, ironically, a slyly connective work from M Night Shyamalan #Review
Powered by a terrific set of performances from James McAvoy, the film manages to explore the fascinating dramatic potential of dissociative identity disorder without feeling sensational or exploitative. McAvoy finds ways beyond mere costume changes to make each personality a character in their own right, both through vocal versatility and tremendous physicality, aided by a vulnerable but determined turn from Anya Taylor-Joy (“The Witch”) as Casey, one of the kidnapped girls who hides a dark secret of her own...

Same old same old storyline Soundtrack (0 more)
Average Netflix Thriller
A bog standard thriller that seems to be a main staple with netflix nowadays.Mackie and Grillo deserve so much better given they have been in the MCU.The plot isnt up to much, convict (grillo) has evidence of dirty cops and has to find a way of exposing them with the help of his nurse (mackie) who has had his pregnant wife kidnapped by said convicts brother.

1 or 2 ok action scenes and a few car chases make this a passable but instantly forgettable film.

One for the action junkies
A very good Netflix original action film with Chris Hemsworth as a mercenary on a mission. Very simple plot of rescuing a kidnapped son of a drug lord and trying to get out of the city alive.
This does have some amazing long action scenes and shootouts up there with the best of them. If you enjoyed @John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019) or @6 Underground (2019) then you'll know what to expect. Sit back and soak up the crazy action scenes.
