Yet to be determined! (0 more)
I've watched this movie many times and still uncertain of what is fact.
I love this movie, after watching it so many times, I have yet to determine what the outcome is of the whole thing, how much of the movie is self fabricated, if any, what's implanted. I just love every last aspect of this.

Furthermore, if anyone knows of any supplemental material to this, please send your flyers my way!

The Kid (2019)
The Kid (2019)
2019 | Biography, Drama, Western
One of my favorite genres that I don't feel we get enough quality movies of these days is western. The silver lining in that is in the over saturated world of movies and television today when a good one does get made it really shines. Directed by the amazingly talented Vincent D'Onofrio and starring a wonderful cast, including D'Onofrio's daughter, Ethan Hawke, Dane DeHaan(who reminds me of a young Leonardo DiCaprio), and Chris Pratt as a bad guy which was cool to see, The Kid shines brighter than a sheriff's badge during a gunfight at high noon.

Catch Me If You Can (2002)
Catch Me If You Can (2002)
2002 | Action, Drama
Spielbergian drama starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks and supposedly based on the true-life story of Frank Abagnale Jr (I wonder how much of it is, how much made up, and how much dramatised?), with DiCaprio playing the role of Frank Abagnale, who successfully bluffed his way into work as a co-pilot at a major airway, as a doctor and as a lawyer all before he reached his 18th birthday.

In order to do so, he also forged numerous official documents, which brings him to the attention of Carl Hanratty (Tom Hanks), who makes it his mission to capture Abagnale, with the two then forming a sort of co-dependent relationship on each other.

It's not a bad movie by any means, with it also attempting to provide some form of justification/explanation for Frank's actions through the lens of his childhood and his relationships with his parents, although I did find it a little slow to start with.

Movie Metropolis (309 KP) rated Titanic (1997) in Movies

Titanic (1997)
Titanic (1997)
1997 | Drama, Romance
Titanic was an absolute breakthrough for director James Cameron, swooping 11 Oscars at the 1998 awards. To this day, it remains the third highest grossing film of all time, recently pushed down from second by Avengers: Endgame. Starring Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, a lot has been said about the film’s over reliance on the central love triangle.

Watching it again over 20 years later still showcases Titanic’s incredible special effects, emotional plot and stunning cinematography and sound design. This disaster film is the biggest of all time and it’s easy to see why, despite the, at times, flabby story.

Two Sided Coin
The Departed- is a excellent film. The cast, the plot, the mystery, the thrills, the suspense and the crime are all excellent.

The plot: South Boston cop Billy Costigan (Leonardo DiCaprio) goes under cover to infiltrate the organization of gangland chief Frank Costello (Jack Nicholson). As Billy gains the mobster's trust, a career criminal named Colin Sullivan (Matt Damon) infiltrates the police department and reports on its activities to his syndicate bosses. When both organizations learn they have a mole in their midst, Billy and Colin must figure out each other's identities to save their own lives.

Its a excellent film and a must watch.
