In the 100th year of women gaining the vote in the UK, this book is ideal for introducing young people to one of the leading names in that struggle. As a book in a school library or classroom, available for project work or a book borrowed from a library by an active parent, this book gives the background without being too over the top with the politics, allowing curious minds to question and discussions about equality and rights to follow.

I like Libby because it connects directly to our county's library system. I'm able to check out e-books that way. It's very simple to use, and operates smoothly. Overall, it's a good, convenient app.

I've only used the regular Overdrive app, but I definitely make the migration over to Libby. I assume it's better, right? I can't complain about my library's selection though, I live in a metro area.

@Erika, my library system used to use Overdrive, and I think we can maybe still use it. However, they're moving over and urging users to use Libby now. I'm not sure if I like it a lot more, but I don't have any negative issues with it. I just don't read my library loans on the Kindle app now, so I feel like it's one less step. As long as everything continues to operate smoothly, I'm not very picky. ?

I remember having this Journal as a teen and I enjoyed it very much, the things that most stick out are the poems and stories. It's definitely something every teen should have in their library.
