Clank!: A Deck-Building Adventure
Clank!: A Deck-Building Adventure
2016 | Adventure, Fantasy
I love deck-builders & this was one of the first I played. Although very unique, as far as they go, I didn't find myself enjoying it. I hated moving around the map. Fast-forward to a couple of months ago & I tried it again. After the game, one of the other guys playing whispered to me "Did you like that game?" And I immediately said no. He didn't like it either. I had forgotten my first game, as it was so long ago. But the second game refreshed my memory. I'm giving the game 4/10 as I like the artwork & design of the game. I like the unique game-play of the game. But I don't like actually playing it.

"I’ve got two more to go, and the ones that popped into my head are the Lethal Weapon movies! I love the Lethal Weapon movies. I know I shouldn’t claim them all together but the combination of humor and action and the relationship between Glover and Gibson is just… That’s the kind of stuff that I watched and was like, “I want to do that!” It never occurred to me that that meant acting. Those are the kind of movies that I could watch over and over and over and know every line and it not be a problem that I know every line; I still enjoy the effect it has on me, you know what I mean?"

I love the ability that Goodreads gives you to not only find books, but the way they catalog what you’ve read to make suggestions on what to read next. The community itself is pretty good at book recommendations as well. (0 more)
It’s gone a bit sideways since Amazon bought it out, in my opinion. There are more ads, and if your kindle is connected they like to monitor you closely because they seem to think of you know an author on any platform, you’re giving false reviews. (0 more)
A great place to find books!

Amazing film!

I loved the whole film, I don't think I've ever laughed and cried that much in one film before!
the only downside for me was the way that Captain America's story arc ended. It seems selfish of him go out like that when he's been so selfless up until now..
I love how Bruce and the hulk finally managed to coexist with each other, it made that character much better!
It is a shame about Iron man but honestly with the way the character began as a playboy who doesn't really care about anything, I think it was the perfect ending for him, to have come full circle and save the entire planet. We love you 3000 Tony! <3

"This is a singular movie—it’s not something that can be reproduced or that will ever be made again. It’s particular and brave, and on paper, it almost seems like it wouldn’t work. But it does because of the way it’s edited and the span of time it covers and the way Kirsten Johnson decided to be open enough to reveal her own experiences. It’s so engaging and mysterious to me. I remember just feeling so shocked at how touching it was, and also how humane. You just feel her love for the work that she does and her love for people. It’s also a great document of the fact that there are other people who work on movies besides directors."

Those of you that have read my reviews, will know of my love of Sci-Fi and horror movies, but every once in a while something comes along that brings a big grin to my face as soon as the movie starts and Crazy Rich Asians is one of those film, very much like La La Land did when I saw it in the cinema.

The movie has some brilliant characters that bring the film alive, such as the very memorable and funny Peik Lin Goh (Awkwafina) who as some brilliant lines that some of the laughs to the film.
