Mark Ruffalo as the hulk (2 more)
Chemistry between the actors
It's got everything a marvel film should have
That's my secret, I'm always angry.
Thoroughly enjoyed this film, I know there was a lot of scepticism about Mark ruffalo as the Hulk, but the part was made for him. He plays it so well, Bruce's vulnerability to the Hulks unpredictability. All tha actoring and direction is awesome all round great film.

Okay, I'm rating this like I would have before Mark Ruffalo took over the role.
After the crapfest that was the first Hulk movie I was so glad the decided to make another one and I really loved Edward Norton's take on the character of Bruce Banner. The plot was action filled and I just found it to be an overall good not only superhero movie but and great action movie.

Great cast (1 more)
Fun to watch
Mindless easy watch
This film is limited in terms of story - a group of superheroes work together to try to save the world - again. It's action-packed with comedy moments showing how the heroes struggle to work together. I still love Mark Ruffalo the best as the Hulk, because he's not an over actor, even as a giant green hunk of meat. Relaxing watch, don't expect poetic dialogue.
David McK (3767 KP) rated Crime 101 (2026) in Movies
Apr 26, 2026 (Updated Apr 26, 2026)
2026 crime thriller, that put me very much in mind of the 1990s film 'Heat', and that reunites Marvel Studios Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) as, respectively, an elusive master-thief who commits crimes along LA 101 Freeway and the cop in pursuit of him (who nobody else believes).
The end result is something that was a bit long and 'talky' for my tastes, only really livening up in the handful of - admittedly pretty good - chase scenes or when Hemsworth and Rufallo share scenes togehter.

Veronica Pena (690 KP) rated Spotlight (2015) in Movies

I genuinely think this is one of the best movies I've ever seen. I'm a real sucker for 'based on a true story' films, especially when the content is so riveting and this film really hit the mark. This cast is phenomenal, each character had a purpose, had meaning, had heart. The plot is obviously so intriguing and it keeps you pulled in. You find yourself rooting for Spotlight throughout the film and you can feel how much each of these characters love the story, are passionate about the story, through the screen. And Mark Ruffalo? He was the stand out to me, no doubt. He has this screen presence that is unlike most actors I've seen. I love this film.
