A good very underrated action film. Has some good martial arts fights and SFX! You might like this if you enjoy manga films as well.

Original stylish action film
Similar in style to the Matrix, this future set action film has some cool SFX. The martial arts with machine guns is particularly impressive.

"This is classic Bruce Lee and defined the martial arts movie genre for generations to come. Bruce Lee has a power and presence that will never be equalled. He was the first and this will never change. Enter The Dragon was really the first martial arts movie to break out internationally. Bruce had a fluidity and a look that was unique and very exciting to watch. The movie itself was not high budget, but everyone knows it and they never forget it."

"Train Station Fight Hero fights with two people are the most fun to choreograph and probably also the most entertaining to watch. This film was a long time in the making – almost three years. The actors trained hard to learn martial arts and it all shows in this scene. Zhang Ziyi’s bagua and Max Zhang’s xingyi are on full display and we incorporated the best moves from each style. It was the perfect culmination of martial arts, hard work, and cinema."

Almost good brit comedy
Look, it's not great but it very watchable. The martial arts are good, it's funny, it's just very very low budget, but some real promise here

Great Martial arts film
Finally caught this yesterday. Can't say I've heard of the character before but the trailer looked good. The fights are great, some of the best martial arts I've seen in a long while, the bus fight was cool. Some fights reminded me of the style used in @Hero (2004) There are many cool characters and creatures that appear in this leading up to a big battle at the end. Along with plenty of humour along the way this is a fun film.

"Ong Bak 1 is a very important and personal movie for me. It combined many types of martial arts and it’s the movie that introduced the world to Tony Jaa and Muay Thai. I’m extremely proud of this movie."

There are a lot of mixed feelings about this movie but I really, really enjoyed it. The only thing I would have liked to see more of was real fighting like the martial arts-inspired duels from episodes 1-3.
