The Women's Murder Club really has their hands full this time. Burger bombs, hijacked ships, and an old "friend" back for a visit, these ladies have their work cut out for them this time.

One thing I really like about James Patterson books is how quickly I can get through one. With the short chapters and the excitement around every corner, there is never a dull moment.

My thoughts...look out for 14 in the coming year or so....there is some unfinished business that needs to be attended to.

One of Tarantino's best
The lives of Two Thugs, A mobsters wife, A boxer, two thieves and a messed up cop into severe S&M are put on display is this multi out of sequence scene movie with an amazing soundtrack. We see death, love, desception, greed and plain old murder in this high speed movie. If you miss one part of any story than you will be truly lost like with almost many Tarantino movies plot ans story is everything.

This movie brought John Travolta back to life and rebooted his career.

Paranormal activity and a good true crime
And That's Why We Drink is a podcast hosted by Kristina, Em, and Geio the Dog. Em gives a paranormal (usually hauntings) story, while Kristina recounts a true crime story. Together they make the beginning of each week a little less dreadful. On the first of each month there is a "Listener's Stories" episode, which as the name implies, includes the stories that listener send in, whether paranormal, murder, or both. Each week has new and interesting stories for fans of both genres.

As the title suggest, the book is the true account of the activities of medical pathologist Dr. Simeon and his secretary Molly Lefebure (who is also the author of the book) ,during the Second World War . The book describes several murder investigations during this time and it is interesting to see who ordinary crime did not stop simply because there was a war on.

Overall the book gives the reader a fascinating insight into forensics during WWII in England and is a definitely a must read for these with a interest forensics from this period.

Just as she is going into labor, Kate Connolly learns her brother-in-law, George, is missing and may be a murder victim. While trying to juggle becoming a mother, Kate also tries to learn what is really going on with George. I found the scenes between mother and baby heart warming and the plot intriguing. I didn't want to put it down, and can't wait to read the next one.

Meg's summer as maid of honor in three weddings for three different demanding brides is complicated enough before a dead body shows up. And there's the attractive man in town for the summer as well.... This is a fun, enjoyable series debut with plenty of humor. However, the mystery gets side tracked by all the antics of the characters at time. Still, this does start a series I love to this day.

Minister's wife Aggie Wilcox-Sloan gets roped into serving on the committee for the Emerald Springs Idyll, a local charity talent show to raise money for a hospital wing. But celebrity judge Grady Barber is a royal pain in the neck. Someone else agrees when they kill him. This book took too long to get to the murder, but once it did, things picked back up. And I absolutely love these characters.

A call from her brother sends Wollie off on a wild ride while she's in the middle of a dating project and trying to help her greeting card store take off. Has her brother really witnessed a murder? Or is it his paranoid schizorenia acting up again? A twisty novel with great characters. Just pay attention at the beginning because a lot is thrown at you quickly.
