"I’m a film school nerd, so I’ve got about a hundred favorite movies. I’d feel like I was cheating on all of them if I narrowed it down to five movies. But con man movies I can do. In no particular order, I guess the first one I’d name is Paper Moon, which, for me, is just a perfect film. It’s also one of the first con man movies I saw that was less about the mechanics of plot and more about the relationships between the characters, and this father-daughter relationship, which is really beautiful. Just a pretty wonderful movie."

If you're hoping for a perfect movie, brace yourself for disappointment.
If you want to see a Spider-Man movie as close to how it should be as possible, this should make you happy.
The movie was a blast. Good fun. Great cast.

My biggest complaint was the suit. It was a little too IronMan for my tastes.

The groundwork is set, Spider-Man is back home where he belongs...and little teases about the direction of the franchise are scattered throughout for the observant nerd.

Writing is usually pretty good with a knack for not going too overboard with cheesiness. (0 more)
Sometimes, the stories can be a bit thin, especially in seasons 7 and 8. (0 more)
Good show with a great ensemble
This is another Chuck Lorre gem that is great on many levels. It appeals to the geeky nerds, portraying them in a very positive light. It appeals to regular sitcom viewers as well as those looking for growth in characters. It can be a touch transparent at times but overall is a good series to watch that will make you both laugh and give you understanding and insight into the nerd subculture.
