This is the third (and final) book in this series which has knocked my socks off from the very beginning. This, for me, is a complete 5-star series that hasn't been 'let down' by any weak or weaker books. It starts off strong, carries on strong and then finishes with such a wallop, you'll be left breathless. Unfortunately for me, it isn't Endless and did indeed come to a conclusion. A most satisfactory one too, may I just add.

Selene still has choices to make but she doesn't really have time to breathe, let alone think about things that, although important, are not quite as important as actually trying to stay alive. This book is non-stop action. What will Selene do? What choices will she make? And will this war ever come to an end without someone we know and love dying?

You will find all this and so much more in the conclusion to The Awakening Series. I loved how the story all tied together at the end and explanations are given for things that Selene (and the reader) had questioned. You are not left with any uncertainties but with satisfaction instead. The only problem I had was that I reached the end, couldn't believe it, so went back a few pages on my Kindle. Reached the end, still couldn't believe it so actually did it a third time. THAT is how much I didn't want this series to end. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended to all.

Not everything is black and white
I have no words.

I've been waiting for this book since discovering the Devil's Night series a few months ago, and I latched onto Damon from the moment he hit the pages. Michael was fascinating, Kai was sweet, Will has demons, but Damon... What can I say? I clearly have issues. I always want the baddest bad of them all.

This book is a roller coaster of emotion. Frustration, bafflement, devastation, annoyance - yes all those emotions come with the actions of Damon. There are moments when you just want to throttle him, and yet...

And yet ....

I'm not going to post spoilers. If you've read Corrupt and Hideaway, you'll go into this book thinking how can someone so evil be redeemed.

This book is EVERYTHING it needs to be.

I'm nursing a book hangover and I'm not entirely sure there's a cure for this one.

Great kind of strange
I went into the first season thinking I was not going to like this series. I got hooked right out the gate. Great acting, character build and depth is great. They give the right amount in each episode to keep it moving and enticing.

Always Hard To Match The First In A Series
I loved this film, not as good as the first but thats rare a film is.
There was so much daddy issue i felt it took away from the fun of the film,

Good
The book is my least favorite in the series. I actually started with Chamber of Secrets and came back to this one after I finished the first few books.
It's not terrible, and I would recommend it, because it gets better as the book goes on. The characters are likable, even the ones you love to hate.

Not the best in the Marvel series
I found this film a little too repetitive, to the point I can't tell the difference between Avengers Assemble and Ultron, Captain America First Avenger, and Civil War. The story surrounding Bucky is rather boring, and Captain America is a little too over the top with his relationship with him. It's just one big Marvel blur.

This book was a quick read. The plot flowed really well. It was nice to see a main character my age although I can not relate to coming out that late in life. The internal conflict Mickey goes through really shows the complexity of coming out. The characters overall were very likeable and I have already gotten the next book in the series.

You can't overthink the timelines, it's fantastic fiction. Growing fond of a character is not a great idea, predicting who will live and who will die in impossible. (0 more)

I was not sure if I was going to enjoy this book as much as the others. I was wrong as it is a steaming read. I loved the fact it focused on each character in turn. I cannot wait until the next book in the series. Jaine needs to add members to the band so we can have more stories!

Well this series is still not looking like it’s wrapping up which is good as it leaves you guessing and tying to figure out what will happen.

We are introduced to the privileged which gives a new point of view as we learn about their institute and try to work out who their leader is and what their agenda is.
