The current film has elements similar to the 86 animated film and mentions Unicron. I like the action and Sfx but the first 2 were the best ones for me.

I was forced /paid to watch it tonight, even after I swore to never watch one of his films again.
I really find nothing but contempt watching any of them since No 2. They make me angry and upset at the Sheer lack of quality in anything but the Visual Effects. Exposition, script issue's, character portrayal all of it is just awful. Yet again also it felt like an hour overlong.

I absolutely love this whole film. The story line is unique and the costumes are absolutely amazing. Character dynamics are amusing and realistic.
