So what should be the last movie of this fairly popular franchise (surely Stallone's getting to old for this) is actually pretty good.

Ok the story is very simple and you know what's gonna happen in the end but it was all done in a very entertaining and quite brutal and bloody way.In some ways it felt like a throwback to some old school nineties revenge movies (which is a good thing)

Finally saw this, currently on Netflix. I like Jennifer Garner and she is quite good in this typical revenge action film. It has some good action scenes but it's fairly by the numbers stuff. Very cliche and the main problem is that it has been done better many times before whether it's Taken, Death Sentence, Equaliser, you get the idea. A fun watch though but nothing original.

Antonio Banderas' second outing as the masked Mexican vigilante Zorro (well, third if you count Puss in Boots from 'Shrek 2!'), in a sequel that lacks the strong theme of revenge that runs through the earlier outing.

I also have to say, I found myself flinching when the film introduced Zorro's kid as a main character - never a good sign - although, thankfully, that subplot never overtakes the main strand of the story.

Hmm...I liked the middle of this more than the beginning or the end. They turned into a really nice happy couple and enjoyed reading their budding romance.

I got Sela's need for revenge but i do think she was going about it in the wrong way. Maybe find something illegal, catch him doing something dodgy, not just go in for the kill, literally.

I'm undecided on whether i want to continue the series.

After some reshuffling due to schedule changes, my parents and I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean Salazar's Revenge. Why aren't all follow up films that good? I really enjoyed it. I liked that they'd found a new idea to play with, and I liked how they managed to link the previous incarnations with this latest one. I'm going to say it though... I thought McCartney's cameo was a bit rubbish.
