Though this didn't scare me I was definitely more than a little creeped out. I was hooked from the first chapter and did not want to put it down. The main character is likeable and never tiresome. The ending was great though I didn't want the story to end.

"Don’t let the praise by highbrow critics scare you away from this 2004 story collection. We’re so much more likely to feel sympathy for an animal than for another person, thus the best fiction uses animals to define truly humane behavior. No one does this better than Joy Williams."

Jeepers Creepers (2001)
Jeepers Creepers (2001)
2001 | Horror, Mystery
Quite the satisfying and suspenseful horror that builds tension better than most modern films in this Genre.
Creative and very unique although its start takes its influence from Spielberg's 'Duel', the feasting for 23 days ever 23 years is a grand design and the 'Dark' man? is sure to scare.

The Circle (2017)
The Circle (2017)
2017 | Drama, Mystery, Sci-Fi
A hysterical cautionary tale for people who would like nothing better than to control-alt-delete all social media, The Circle uses finger-wagging scare tactics to admonish app-addicted millennials to momentarily ditch Facebook..
Critic - Steve Davis
Original Score - 2 out of 5

Amazing
I thought this show was done so well it was put together amazingly and the storyline is so good. I found it confusing at first on how it kept going back and forward in time. Also people say it's scary but honestly it's not jump scare worthy it's at best creepy

Obvious Child (2014)
Obvious Child (2014)
2014 | Comedy, Romance
Don’t let anyone scare you away from “Obvious Child” on political grounds; ultimately, this is a movie about life and how we live it. And how we sometimes tell embarrassing jokes about our drawers.
Critic- Alonso Duralde
Original Score: 9 out of 10

Creepy with just the right amount of Whimsy
Coraline is a quick and fun read for pretty much any age(as long as the kids don't scare too easily).

Gaiman really does create a wonderful seemingly perfect world with young Coraline's other mother but as the old proverb goes the grass is always greener on the other side.

"I’m currently working through this one story at a time A friend who works in publishing introduced me to Monterroso’s writing because I have often called some of my work fables, and Monterroso’s short stories feel like that, also. But they are also very unsettling, with a Kafak-esque sheen to them, like black little pearls that are beautiful but scare you."

This series was one of THE best I have watched in a very long time. Had me wanting to binge watch in one night. Did not think I would ever go through so many emotions from watching a thriller series. This did it.
I don't scare easily from horror shows/movies...but Haunting of Hill House is an exception. I HIGHLY recommend watching!

Wierdly intriguing
After all the fuss on social media, I thought it would be worthwile watching. Yet the dissapointment soon set in. The realisation that I wouldn't recieve a scare became a realisation within the first 10 minutes. I found myself watching the film to the end to see if it would go somewhere, but it never did.
