Movie Rating

A good typical early 90's action film. A group of terrorists take hostages at the local boarding school where the kids have some very important parents. It has some good action scenes and a well assembled cast. If you missed this before it's well worth a watch.

This was my second read of this book. I read it the first time when I was in high school and obviously didn't catch on to all that was happening. It is a good and horrifying book at times. I also like the tie-in to Cynthia from Desperation.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

These was a nifty mystery involving magic!
I really liked the characters of Temerity and Tilda who try to figure out a school teacher was poisoned.

I really enjoyed this mystery!

Book Rating

Volume 2 of Erased immediately pulled me right back into the story. It's definitely gripping, considering it's a teen manga revolving around elementary school children, for the most part. I keep thinking that I know what will happen, but then some little detail changes the course of the story.

Predictable, but fun. Bad girl changes schools, meets her bad-boy homeroom teacher, and a fellow bad student. Although she is trying to start a new life at the new school, her old ways keep showing through. A typical shojo manga, but it's still a fun, quick read, nonetheless.
