Happy Death Day 2U (2019)
Happy Death Day 2U (2019)
2019 | Horror, Mystery
Fails as a horror movie, but still a good twisty tale of love and loss.
After the first Happy Death Day, didn't really seem like there was a need for a sequel, but Hollywood had other ideas. Firstly, the trailer for this movie is very misleading, one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to films. This, unlike the original, is not a horror movie. Also, much of the logic used to explain this sequel is a convoluted mess. But the film is still a fun ride. Jessica Rothe carries this film with her undeniable charisma, talent, and heart. Where a lesser actress would have been lost amongst all the plot holes, Rothe shines. You can't help but love her and care about her character's plight. So, as a horror movie, this fails, but stands as a twisty tale of love and loss.

UNCHARTED 4: A Thief's End

If this really is the last we see of the Uncharted series, A Thief's End will have been a remarkable and surprisingly inventive farewell. More so than either sequel before it, Uncharted 4 builds on the formula in unexpected but natural ways

There’s a new sci-fi comedy from the man behind Family Guy and American Dad and another adaptation of a comic-turned-kids’ author’s bestseller.

On the movie front there are premieres for an awesome animated sequel, an Oscar-nominated biopic and the biggest box-office hit of the year. Here’s a look at 10 things you need to look out for on NOW TV over the next few weeks:

December is undoubtedly the best time of the year for television, but alongside all the Christmas specials, the next 31 days will also see various non-festive shows and films hit our screens:

Poor story
Learnt nothing from original
Shooting repetitively doesn't make a fun game
I completed the original Destiny and considered it a unfinished game, where you needed the DLC to make it a full game. I was hoping the sequel would at least try to release a full game at the start but no, same old problems remain. Plus Bungie and there dodgy business practices. Extremely disappointing.

The sequel is an overdue love letter to Paul Newman, positive moral exercise for all ages and genders. When that heart gear hits, all of the repetitiveness washes away to a satisfying series of smiles that you’re going to have a hard time wiping off .

I got this book as a Free Friday selection on my Nook Color. It was a quick, easy read. To be honest, at first I wasn't sure about it. Once I got into the story however I founc myself laughing and crying right along with Ginny as she traveled across the world trying to figure out her crazy aunt. I look forward to reading the sequel, The Last Little Blue Envelope.

OMG... I just can't. This book was epic. I love how much the story gripped me and wouldn't let go. It was a great sequel to the first. You learned more about the characters you already loved and it makes you love them more. I can't wait to read the next one. The world created in this book is amazing. It's definitely in my top 10 series to read.
