"I was so excited by the news of this incredible release and restoration. Every moment is beautiful—as, of course, is the soundtrack by Ravi Shankar. Some scenes even seem to be able to penetrate the boundary of your own personal memory. Electrifying but peaceful. Throughout the entire trilogy, everything is leaving Apu behind, but the final scene shows all currents flooding home to him."

"Perfect road movie, history lesson, and rock-and-roll emancipation. (First feature film with a complete rock-and-roll soundtrack. I believe Fonda’s personal record collection was used to set the tone.) Everything about this film, including Jack Nicholson’s monologue about freedom, sent a message much needed and yet to be told. And remember to always watch out because “the man is in the window.”"

Good make up effects for the Demons (0 more)
Fun low budget horror
Not to be confused with the 80's film of the same name. Fairly run of the mill Horror as a few friends attend a Halloween party in a derelict house in New Orleans.
The make up effects were very good and the soundtrack was decent. One if you are in a Halloween theme mood.

"I’m not being sarcastic: Xanadu is the foundation of my aesthetic. It’s a 1980 musical in which angsty painter Michael Beck meets muse Olivia Newton-John and an aging musician (Gene Kelly) from the Big Band Era. Naturally, they team up to open a roller-disco complete with tap dancing, leg warmers, and Zeus. All of it woven together – in perfect sincerity – by an ELO soundtrack."

"It’s a really amazing orchestral arrangement, which I think is actually an improvement on the original recording. It’s a total reimagining and it’s got a really beautiful clarinet part in it and takes what is a simple rock’n’roll song and turns it into something really special. It sounds like it’s from the soundtrack to The Wind In The Willows or something, just really forest-y and dreamy."

"It’s on the soundtrack to Into the Wild — ‘I know all the rules but the rules did not know me.’ I love that, because that’s one of the things with the rise of Becky Lynch. She followed all the rules, right? She knows all the rules, so nobody expected this to come out of her. I know all the rules, but the rules do not know me."

This was a funny yet deeply romantic retelling of Anne Lister's relationship with Ann Walker. The chemistry between the two actresses was beautiful watch. The soundtrack was also awesome. (0 more)
There wasn't really anything bad about this show. (0 more)
It's very difficult to explain everything that someone could possibly enjoy about this show in one review, my suggestion is to watch it for yourself and make up your mind.

Rolling Stone's 394th greatest album of all time
Easy listening (if you ignore the lyrics!) album, though it has to be said it just sounds like the Toy Story soundtrack (specifically "Strange Things" from the film). As a loose concept album about a deep South character, some of the lyrics and messages are a little strong for the laidback style (most notably on the opener Rednecks).
